★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24時間営業のラーメン屋さんです。繁華街の中にあるのでお酒目当てのお客さんも多く、賑やかな店内は覚悟のうえで御来店ください。テーブル席多めですが入り口側におひとり様用のカウンター席も用意されてます。
 It's a 24-hour ramen shop. Since it is located in the downtown area, many customers are looking for alcohol, so please be prepared to visit the lively interior. There are many table seats, but there is also a counter seat for one person on the entrance side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 船橋駅東側の飲み屋街の、京成線の高架下にある日高屋さん。
なんだか店内のど真ん中スペースががらーんとしてる。千葉駅近くの某店ならカウンター席作っちゃうんだろうなー。さておき、全体的にゆったりしたレイアウト。
フロアスタッフさんはテキパキしていて好感。食べ物も美味しい（写真撮るの忘れてました）。
ホッピー白のみ有り。禁煙、喫煙室有り。
Hidakaya is located under the elevated Keisei Line in the bar area on the east side of Funabashi Station.
Somehow the space in the middle of the store is empty. I wonder if a certain store near Chiba station would make a counter seat. Aside from that, the overall layout is spacious.
The floor staff is very nice and cheerful. The food is delicious (I forgot to take a picture).
Only hoppy white is available. No smoking, smoking room available.

外国人の従業員ばかりですが、キビキビと働いており感じが良いです。
入り口付近はお一人用のカウンターが並び、店奥はテーブル席が並んでいます。
新メニューのガパオ汁なし麺を注文しましたが、不味くはないのですが、バジルの香りはほとんどせずガッカリですね。季節限定メニューのようなので復活はないかもなと思いました。

I am only an employee of foreigners, but I feel comfortable working with it.
Near the entrance there is a counter for one person, and at the back of the shop there are table seats.
I ordered noodles from the new menu Gapao soup, but it is not unhappy, but the smell of basil is almost disappointing. As it seemed like a seasonal limited menu, I thought it might not be back.

タブレットで注文なので楽
定食もご飯のサイズも選べるのでガッツリでも少なめでも大丈夫
レバニラ定食を食べたがレバーも臭みもなく食べやすく熱々でした
価格も安くて美味しい

You can choose the size of the set meal and the rice, so it's okay if it's tight or small.
I ate the Levanilla set meal, but it was hot and easy to eat without any liver or odor.
The price is cheap and delicious

目線に冷蔵庫があるのですが、冷蔵庫の下が、大変に汚い。頻繁に清掃をしているようには見えない。
厨房の一部の下も眺める事できるが、そちらの方は汚くは見えない。
外人の定員に注意を言うが、笑って誤魔化された❗
ここの店舗は3名いるが、テーブルの作業かができない❗
