海	海亀 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14:30前後に入店。そこそこに他のお客さんも居ました。私が注文した後、更に２組ほど入店、注文。キッチン内も見える席だったので見てたのですが、「ああ、あれが自分のだろうなぁ」と思うものが。レンジから出した肉をご飯の上に盛る際に肉がポロリと床に。更にそのまま完成させて、作業台に約５分放置。その間に後から注文した２組が先に商品提供される。ファーストフード店とは？もういいですって言って出てきました。 Entered around 14:30. c	cappuccino C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず良いところは立地の良さ、改札を出てすぐにあるのは、行きでも帰りでも気軽に立ち寄れて良いですね。味もチェーン店なのでまあ間違い無いかなと思います。ただ他の口コミのように、スタッフに大幅な難があります。「チャン」だかっていう名前の外国人のスタッフの方が、客が帰った後に皿を下げたので、机拭くんだろうなと外で待っていたら、何もしないどころか、目配せして顎で席を指してきました。コロナ禍にも関わらず消毒も何もしないのも相当酷いものだと思いますが、それにしてもこの接客態度はあまりにも酷すぎます。それ以降も何を言ってるか分からないくらいごにょごにょ喋り、常にそっぽを向き、タメ口になったり、レシートを渡す時も片手で適当に折って渡したり…終始ひどいの一言に尽きるものでした。それに対して誰も何も言わないのも終わってるなと感じましたね。ちなみに(名前見ておけばよかったなと後悔してますが)日本人の女性スタッフさんは素晴らしい接客態度でした。いっそ全員その方でいて欲しいと思うくらいに、態度の差が激しい店舗です。その方も悪い方向に引っ張られないといいんですけど… 場所は便利ですが、もう行かないと思います。 The first good thing is the good location, and the fact that it's right after the ticket gate is that you can easily drop in on your way back or forth.
