★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチも夜ご飯もいつもお客さんの出入りのあるお洒落なお蕎麦屋さんです。
外から見るとカウンター席だけかな？と思っていましたが、お店の奥にテーブル席もあります。
写真のお蕎麦は、京あげと九条葱のみぞれ蕎麦、2枚目はそばがきです。
そばがきは小さいサイズに出来るみたいで、小さいサイズにして頂きました。
小さいサイズでもボリュームがあり、普通サイズですと、お蕎麦も食べると女性一人だとやや多いかと思います、気を利かせて下さったお店の方がお声掛けして下さり嬉しかったです。
カウンター席に座ると調理風景が見れます。お客さんの様子を見ながら機敏に動いている店員さんばかりで、とても気持ちよく時間を過ごせました。
私の食べるペースを伺いながら、蕎麦を食べ終わる頃のベストなタイミングでそばがきを作って下さり、ほくほく出来たての美味しいそばがきを食べる事が出来ました。
ランチの忙しそうな時間帯でしたが、とても気遣いの出来る、お客さんの事を考えてくれるお店だと感じました。
店内カウンター、カウンターから見える調理場共に綺麗で清潔感があり、安心して食事が出来ます。
駅から程近く行きやすい店舗ですので、ふらっと寄りやすいお店です。
また伺いたいと思いました。

Even if it is a small size, it has a lot of volume, and if it is a normal size, I think that there are a few women who eat soba, and I was glad that the shop who took care of me spoke to me.
You can see the cooking scenery when you sit at the counter. All the staff were agile while watching the customers, so I was able to spend a very pleasant time.
While listening to my pace of eating, he made soba at the best time when I finished eating soba, and I was able to eat delicious freshly made soba.
It was a busy time for lunch, but I felt that it was a very caring shop that thought about the customers.
Both the counter inside the store and the kitchen that you can see from the counter are clean and tidy, so you can eat with confidence.
It's easy to get to because it's close to the station.
I wanted to visit again.

蕎麦は長野県八ヶ岳産の信濃一号。
鴨も小さく切ってあって食べやすいし、味も良かった！

Soba is Shinano No. 1 from Yatsugatake, Nagano Prefecture.

店内はほぼ満席。今は夜はお酒は蔓防で無しとのこと。お店の方は最初そっけなく感じたがそんなことはなく、後々親切であった。
お蕎麦は量もそれなりにあり、鴨は臭みが無くて美味しかった。
鶏肉と九条葱の蕎麦も癖がなく美味しい出汁と鶏肉。冷めても柔らかい肉だった。
塩角煮はあっさりとしていて、普通の角煮とは違うが、蕎麦に合っていた。天婦羅はサクサクとはしていなかったが美味しかった。

蕎麦もつゆもふんわりとした優しい味でした。
また天麩羅も別添えになっており、そのままならサクサク感を楽しめ、蕎麦に乗せると風味を足してくれる一品でした。

木の温もりを感じられるお店です。
お昼のセットメニューもありましたが
みながわオススメメニューの中から
鴨せいろ蕎麦を頂きました。
手打ちの細麺でコシがしっかりしていて、
喉越しがいい私の好みな感じの蕎麦でした。
鴨は和歌山県産の合鴨で噛めば噛むほど
味わえる美味しい鴨でした?
返しは見た目は普通に黒い返しでしたが、
出汁が京都仕立てなので、花カツオの一番出汁かな？がしっかり効いてましたので、
薄目の軽い感じに仕上がって、京都を主張した、大変上品な付けつゆでした。
