 I ate warm soba but the soup was very delicious. Next time I will try Zaru soba. (Postscript) Tengu is delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日の昼ごはんです。初めて行くお店です。「麺・蕎麦や蕎味心真」さんに。13時20分に入りましたが席はいっぱい、カウンター少し空いてました。昔ながらのお店です。混んでるので、料理がくるのに少し時間が。鴨ロース丼定食を頂きました。甘味のある味付けで鴨も美味しく生卵が味を和らげる感じで美味しく頂きました。
It is today's lunch. It is the first shop to go. For "Noodles / Soba Noodles" It was 13:20, but the seats were full and the counter was a little open. It is an old fashioned shop. It's crowded, so it takes some time for food to come. I had a loin set meal. It was deliciously seasoned with sweet taste and the eggs were delicious and the raw eggs were soothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的にしょっぱい。汁もかなり塩分つよい。ついてきたぬか漬けもそのままでもしょっぱいのに醤油かけて出されたのでもはや地獄。北関東なのでかなり味は濃いめの私がつらいのだから関西の人はよけいつらいのでは。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都府庁の近くにあるお店。京都の平均値よりは蕎麦のクオリティが高いし、お出汁もバチっときいていて良いお店。ご夫婦で営まれているっぽいが、商売っ気がないというか、愛想がないわけじゃないけど、そんなに距離近くない系。わたしは好きな距離感です。
ここは何より肉味噌カレー蕎麦がスパイシーで美味しい。真ん中の団子をとかしながら食べるのだが、スパイスと出汁のバランスがとっても好み。乾麺っぽさのある蕎麦とも相性よい。
夜のちょい飲みにもかなりリーズナブルな値段のセットがあり、界隈では珍しく蕎麦屋酒が楽しめるのも良い所だ。
A shop near the Kyoto Prefectural Office. The quality of soba is higher than the average value in Kyoto, and the soup stock is also good. It seems that it is run by a married couple, but it is not that they are not in business, or that they are not amiable, but they are not so close. I like the sense of distance.
Above all, the meat miso curry soba is spicy and delicious. I eat while melting the dumplings in the middle, but I really like the balance between spices and soup stock. It goes well with soba noodles that have a dry noodle-like taste.
There is a set at a fairly reasonable price for a little drink at night, and it is also a good place to enjoy soba sake, which is rare in the neighborhood.
