どちらもとても美味しく、かつどんはカツはサクサク、卵はとろとろで出汁の加減が抜群でした。
蕎麦も蕎麦粉の味がしっかりしており
ちょうど良い太さでとても良いです。
小さい蕎麦にもキチンと蕎麦湯を出してくれて、
店主のこだわりが感じられます。
また来ます笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都旅行中に訪問しました。 但馬系のお蕎麦で、コシが強く美味しい蕎麦でした。 汁の出汁も感じるし、天婦羅等の揚物も美味しい。夜7時位には閉まるので、六時半までに入る様にした方が良いです。
I visited during my trip to Kyoto. It was a Tajima-based soba, and it was a delicious soba with a strong chewy texture. You can feel the soup stock, and the fried foods such as tempura are delicious. It closes around 7 pm, so it's best to enter by 6:30 pm.
