名前までは書きませんが、一人目の容姿は太くて浅黒い顔をした４０代くらいの女性です。二人目は細くて２０代で棒読み接客する女性です。セルフレジ導入した方が良いのでは？こちらもこんな人たちに接客されたくありません。ただ商品を購入したいだけです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数ヶ月前まではスタッフさん皆さん丁寧で気持ちが良かったんですが、ココ最近昼間はまだいいんですが、夜のスタッフさんが適当すぎて嫌ですね。お金投げるように渡してきたり、ポイントカードを読み取るのこっちのタイミングに合わせてくれないし、今日なんかレジの読み込み中に目かいて完全に自分のペースで謝罪もなし。一回なら口コミ書かないですけどさすがにって感じなので書きました。近いから行くしかないけど、正直行く気失せますね。

夜22時頃、極寒の中、どうしても明朝までに必要な物(化粧品)があり、買い物に行きましたが、やっとのことで滞在先に戻り、袋を開封してみたら、間違った商品がはいっていました。その旨伝える為に店に電話するも謝罪の言葉は一切ありませんでした。再度極寒の中、震えながらお店に到着するも、先程"今からお伺いします"と伝えていたにもかかわらず、先程の電話の件を把握してるレジの方は皆無。一から状況を説明しなければならず、疲れ果てました。その際も、謝罪の言葉は全くなし。
他のレビューにも接客の酷さを体験した方々のお声が沢山ありましたが、残念ながら、私もそれを体験してしまった1人です。

ある時、レジに並んだタイミングで
この方に【こちらのレジにどうぞ】と言われ、空いている時で、私の後ろにお客さんがいた訳でもなかったので、別の店員さんのレジに並んでいました。
すると、おかっぱのオバさん、別のレジのオバさん店員さん、そのレジで会計をしていた清潔感のないジーンズを履いた若作りな男性（格好は若いけれどお年を召してらっしゃりそう）
が、
三人がかりで凄い形相で睨んで、
あっちのレジへ行け!！と指さしてきて、
物凄く恐かったです。
混んでいる時ならまだしも、
私の後ろには誰もおらず、
明らかにそのレジに並ぼうとしていないのに、
凄い形相をして、そんな対応をしてくるのが謎でした。
量販店での接客ですから、
こちらも色々求める気はありませんが、
感じ悪い方のレジに並んで気分を悪くしたくないですし、空いていて他に並んでいる人もいないから、こちらがレジの人を選んでも良くないですか…
お客の男性は自分はレジを先に終わらせていて関係ないはずなのに、
凄い形相で、指さしてきて、
色々と、余裕がおありにないんだろうなぁーと思いましたが、
他人を睨み指さししてくるとは、
あまりこういった大人を見たことがなかったので驚いてしまいました。
