ほぼ満席で賑わっていました。
普段、酸辣湯などすっぱいものが好きなので「酸紅麺」を注文しました。
日本では嗅いだことのない本場のスパイシーな香り！
コレが後にクセになる。
酸味＆ピリ辛＆細麺でサラサラと食べやすい！
チャーシューも厚みがあるのにトロトロ！
何よりたっぷり乗っている刻みザーサイと合わせて食べると美味しい！
「焼餃子」も注文しからし＆酢でいただきました。
モチモチの厚めの生地に春雨入りの肉餡が包まれボリュームがあるのにさっぱりと食べやすくて手が止まりません！
（ただ、他の方も言うようにちょっとだけ値段が高いかな・・・）
リピート決定です。
店員さんもみなさんテキパキしたフォーメーション。
流石です。
 I came to the store around 13:30 on Saturday.
It was almost full and crowded.
I usually like hot and sour soup, so I ordered "hot and sour soup noodles".
Authentic spicy scent that you have never smelled in Japan!
This becomes a habit later.
Easy to eat with sour, spicy and thin noodles!
Even though the char siu is thick, it's toro!
Above all, it is delicious to eat with the chopped Zha cai that is fully on board!
I also ordered "gyoza" and had it with mustard and vinegar.
The thick, chewy dough is wrapped in bean paste with vermicelli, and although it has a lot of volume, it's easy to eat and you can't stop!
(However, as other people say, the price is a little high ...)
It is a repeat decision.
The formation that all the clerk was fluffy.

麺は細麺のストレート。
パーコー自体に味が付いていて
サービスのライスと一緒に食っても美味い⭕️
新小岩に行ったらまた行きます！

The pork ribs themselves are flavored
It's delicious even if you eat it with the service rice ⭕️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新小岩を散策中見つけました。支那そばなんだぁと、メニューみたら排骨麺も、あった。なら、入店ですね♬
排骨麺と焼売を２個オーダー。焼売は小さめですが肉感が良かった。排骨は小ぶりですがカラッと揚がってました。
値段相応の大きさですね♬
つゆは醤油感が溢れる私のタイプな味わい。このつゆに細麺が合いますね。
他の方を見ると辛い麺を頼む方がほとんど、次回はチャレンジしなくては！
I found it while walking around Shinkoiwa. When I looked at the menu, I found pork rib noodles. Then you enter the store ♬
I ordered two pork ribs and shumai. The shumai was small, but the flesh was good. The pork ribs were small but crisp.
It's the size of the price ♬
The soup is my type of taste that is full of soy sauce. Thin noodles go well with this soup.
Looking at other people, most people ask for spicy noodles, so I have to try next time!

細麺でするりと食べれて美味しいです！
メニューとは関係ないですが、卓上に置かれていた千切り沢庵が、私の好みど真ん中でした。
どこで売ってるのか知りたいです。
