w	wataru kobayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (土)19時頃に訪問、結構賑わっている。接客２名、厨房３名、店内は順調に回っているようだ。中国人らしき女性店員に席を案内され、着席。すぐにお冷やが提供される。ラーメン&半チャーハンセットを注文。待つこと7～8分、半チャーハンから先にテーブルへと運ばれてきた。これが半チャーハン？と思うほど多め。小学生くらいなら十分足りてしまうほどの量だ。しかもかなりうまい。パラパラ系ではないが、刻みチャーシューもたくさん入っており、味わい深く食べ出すと止まらない感じ。続いてラーメンの登場。醤油スープにやや平べったい中太麺、メンマにネギ、巻いて煮込んだ豚パラチャーシューが一枚乗っている。町中華ならではのラーメンだと思ったが、テーブル上の黒胡椒をかけていざ口にすると、非常にコシのある麺で醤油スープとよく絡み合っており、これもまたうまい。バラチャーシューも柔らかく、飲んだ後なら最高の一杯になるだろう。昭和が残る町中華、税込800円で随分贅沢させてもらった。また寄ろう。 Visited around 19:00 (Sat) and is quite busy.
