★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女の態度が劣悪。無言で対応したり，ふてぶてしい対応など，およそ接客とは思えない劣悪な対応。この薬局は利用すべきではない。
The attitude of the woman at the reception is poor. Inferior response that you can't think of as a customer service, such as responding silently or being ridiculous. This pharmacy should not be used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬剤師の方はもちろんきちんとされてます。しかしその方々以外の一部の女性がものすごく嫌な対応です。
一度急を要し電話で薬剤の有無を確認しようとしたら「電話ではできません」→「無かったら困るので」→「来ていただいてそれから他を」。私は都で決められた薬局にしか行けないので本当に対応が嫌でした。貴方に薬を処方してもらうんじゃないから！
The pharmacist is, of course, neat. However, it is a very disgusting response for some women other than those people.
Once urgently needed to check for the presence of drugs on the phone, "I can't do it over the phone" → "I'm in trouble if I don't have it" → "I'll come and then go elsewhere." I really didn't want to be able to go to the pharmacy decided in Tokyo. I'm not asking you to prescribe medicine!

他にも同様の投稿をしている方がいることを考えると、まるで評価を見てないか、自浄能力の無い職場のどちらか。

Considering that there are other people who have posted similar posts, it's as if they haven't seen the evaluation, or they are in a workplace without self-cleaning ability.
