★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江戸後期の古民家を移築した、中棚荘の別棟にあるお食事処。駐車場は中棚荘に入っていかずもっと坂下へ。すぐ横に止められます。
お料理は一つ一つ丁寧に作られていて味わい深く 無論おそばも絶品です。ゆーったりお食事ができました。
A restaurant located in a separate building of Nakatanaso, which was rebuilt from an old private house in the late Edo period. The parking lot goes further down Sakashita without entering Nakatanaso. You can stop right next to it.
The dishes are carefully prepared one by one and the taste is also delicious. We had a relaxing meal.

It is a wonderful space in charge of meals at Nakatanso, an inn that Toson Shimazaki loved. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約なしで行きましたので40分待たされましたが今日は日向にいるとボカボカ陽気でしたので苦になりませんでした。席は靴を脱いであがる畳敷きの椅子テーブル席です。頼んだ食事が出てくるまで結構時間がかかります。蕎麦つゆは甘めで自分好みではなく、蕎麦も普通でした。中はさむいです!更に会計時に何組も並んで待っているのに土産のやりとりしていて待っている人への気配り無し。ただ古民家の雰囲気だけです。2度目は行きません。

The seats are tatami-matted chairs and tables where you can take off your shoes. It will take some time for the food you ordered to come out. The soba soup was sweet and I didn't like it, and the soba was normal. The inside is cold! Furthermore, there is no attention to the people who are waiting while exchanging souvenirs even though many groups are waiting in line at the time of accounting. It's just the atmosphere of an old folk house. I won't go the second time.

和風な造りで落ち着いた雰囲気です。
お祝い事も多いみたいですね。
天ぷらは小ぶりですが、揚げたてサクサクでした。

建物自体が重要文化財のようです。
ちょうど12:30すぎに行きましたが、満席で15分程度待ちました。
案内されると中は天井がとても広く、趣もある感じです。
お蕎麦はとても美味しく店員さんの接客も良かったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦が好きでよく食べにいろんな所に行きますが、全体的にお蕎麦の量が少ないと思いました。彩り野菜そばですが、野菜おし ならばキャベツが多いのはちょっと。注文をする人は野菜が好きな人でおしゃれな物を想像していると思います。
I like soba and often go to various places to eat, but I thought that the amount of soba was small overall. It's a colorful vegetable soba, but if it's a vegetable, it's a little bit more cabbage. 長野県と言うか、山奥に行くと料理は、んまあ蕎麦になりますね、お客さん。
さて、こちらのお蕎麦、名物は店名にもなっている「はりこし蕎麦」ですが、写真はくるみ蕎麦です。
くるみに味がついており、くるみだけ食べても良いらしいが、皿の上でくるみと和えて蕎麦汁に入れて食べて欲しいそうな。
甘さと塩味の混じった不思議な味にある。
それだけでは評価4は正直厳しいが、店員さんの接客が良く、気持ちよく利用する事が出来た。
