A	Aki Nakai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打ちたてらしくしっとりしているけどゴワゴワデコボコと硬いうどんを、カテと言われる茹で野菜と一緒に、濃厚なつけ汁で食すと、武蔵野に広がる麦畑を食べている気分になれます。武蔵野うどんと銘打って地元興しも兼ねた店が最近出てきたりするけど、ここは昔からのロコ。古い農家や寺社がちらほらとある旧青梅街道沿いにある製麺所で、時間によっては店内で食べられるようになっている。ランチ時間に食べたのは、肉汁で四玉。豚肉を一緒に茹でて油でこってりした濃い醤油ベースのつけ汁に、ほうれん草、いんげん、大根といった茹でた片々を、刻みネギと一緒に薬味として入れます。そこに前述のうどんを付けて、ずずっと啜る。いやあ美味い。白くて柔らかくてつるっとした讃岐うどんを現地製麺所で啜った時の感銘と似ている。もっとも、こっちはゴワゴワかつ脂が浮かぶ濃厚醤油だれ。まったく正反対だけど、それぞれ愛され続けてきたロコフード。店の外観はいかにも製麺所然としていますが、食堂内部は、奥さんの趣味なのか、ディズニーグッズでいっぱい。箸置きはミッキースタイルの例の三つの楕円から成るフェースシェープ。それを置いたお盆を持ってくる奥さんの割烹着のポケットにはディズニーランドで売っているようなアクセサリー。カウンターを見ると、年季の入ったガラスのケースに、人参やごぼうの天ぷらが並び、そこから見える厨房では、白い調理服を着た寡黙そうな店主がごつい竹の幹を脚で器用に転がせながらうどんをこねている。ちょっとくらくらするギャップです。一見の価値もあり。 Although it is felt to be fond of moist, but I eat it with a rich tsuyu juice together with boiled vegetables called cattle, you will feel like eating a wheat field spreading in Musashino.
