『この阿弥陀如来像は、さる雲上人の持仏堂から、故あって寄進者の所有するところとなったが、「国宝ともいうべきこの阿弥陀如来像を個人の所有としていることは勿体ない」とて永久安置の所を選択すること数年、信州善光寺を初め、国立博物館、あるいは浄土宗系の諸寺院から懇望される中を、御縁により昭和５１年４月吉祥日、繁昌院に遷座し、盛大な入仏式が行なわれ、毎月23日を縁日として大切におまつり申し上げているものである。』
