以前はごく普通の店だったが、内装を変えて綺麗になりましたが、注文を受けて受け渡す方法に変わりました!結果注文受けに時間がかかり、物凄く並ぶ破目にあいました。
店員さんの人数も3~4人でやってた以前より７人でやってるのに、何故か待たされる!人件費は上がって、客は苛つかせる、システムに何故変えたのか?理解出来ない!!

はなまるうどんのロードサイド店は今はもう貴重 なのでしっかりしてほしい。吉野町だけがこの辺で長く残っているのに。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一面が大きなガラスになった明るい店内で讃岐うどんが食べられます。
10年以上前に度々訪れたお店はここだったか、全く面影がありません。
勝手がわからずにいるとレジの若い女性が優しく案内してくれました。なお天つゆはレジでお願いするともらえるようです。
クレジットカードは使えませんが、各種ICカードやバーコード決済に対応していました。Uber Eatsや出前館にも対応しているそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年改装して店内が大幅に変わりました。正直、前の方が注文しやすくて楽でした。改装してからあまり行かなくなりましたが、うどんは量も多く、噛みごたえあるので悪く無いと思います。

店舗改装後なので綺麗です。
こちらのはなまるうどんはあまり無い単独店舗型。
通常あるショッピングモール内のテナント型ではありません。
よくある讃岐系うどん店とシステムが違うので注意してください。
よくある系は▪▪▪トレー、小皿を取り、うどんを注文～天ぷらを取る～会計～天かす、ネギ等の薬味を乗せ～水を注ぐ～着席～食べ終わったらトレーごと返却口へ▪▪▪的な流れかと思います。
こちらは、店内食の場合
①店内入ったら真直し、奥側にあるレジで店員に注文する。天ぷらもケース内にあります。(ここでチンタラしていると後客に迷惑なので事前にメニューは決めておいてくれよな！)
②レジでレシートを貰い、右にある会計機でレシートを読み込ませてから会計する。
③窓口で注文品を受けとる。
④センサー式水道で紙コップに水を注ぐ(水道の根元にブルーに光っているセンサーあるが、感知が弱い)
⑤天かすを乗せる。ネギは無い。
⑥返却口では全ての食器、ゴミの分別をする。
という流れとなっています。
あたたかい飲み物は返却口の左側にあります。
テーブルにはコロナ対策用の仕切りとティッシュがあります。

Please note that the system is different from the usual Sanuki udon restaurants.
Common systems are ▪ ▪ ▪ Take trays and small plates, order udon-Take tempura-Accounting-Pour condiments such as tenkasu and green onions-Pour water-Sit-After eating, go to the return port with the tray ▪ ▪ ▪ I think it's a typical flow.
This is for in-store meals
① When you enter the store, straighten it and place an order with the clerk at the cash register on the back side. Tempura is also in the case. (Because it is a nuisance to the back customers if you are tinkering here, please decide the menu in advance!)
② Get the receipt at the cash register, read the receipt with the accounting machine on the right, and then check out.
③ Receive the ordered item at the counter.
④ Pour water into a paper cup with a sensor-type water supply (there is a sensor that glows blue at the base of the water supply, but the detection is weak).
⑤ Put the tenkasu on it. There are no green onions.
⑥ Sort all tableware and garbage at the return port.
It has become a flow.
Warm drinks are on the left side of the return slot.
The table has a partition and tissue to prevent corona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PayPayなどの電子マネーが使え、現金の場合はレジの現金入金機に入れる方式に。お金の受け渡しも徹底して店員さんと触れることはなくなりました。そしてリニューアルして揚げ物などガラスケースにあり注文式に。うどんも注文してからトレーと一緒に出してくれるので、トレーがありません。トレーを探してしまいました。（笑）清潔&感染予防にもGOOD！トイレもとても綺麗になりました。本場香川の讃岐うどん「かまたま発祥の山越うどんかまたま」に近い味。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感染対策バッチリ?ちょっとした心遣いが嬉しい。幅広い年齢層に対応できるよう、通路も広く、ペビーカーや車椅子にも配慮されている。窓が大きく明るい日差し、店内静か、ゆっくり落ち着いて讃岐うどんを味わえる。
今度はお爺ちゃんお婆ちゃんも連れて来たい。
