初めての訪問です。 以前訪問しようとしたんですが、ちょうどマツコの番組やった直後で長蛇の列、駐車場も入れず退散した苦い経験があるお店です。 11時50分到着。駐車場は最後の一つに駐車出来ました。 店頭で注文後、すぐに入店出来ました。 私は肉ねぎ汁うどんの特大盛りです。 二段重ねかと思いきや、盛り溢れ防止の枠付きでした。 つけ汁の味付け、最高ですね! あまり塩っぱくないけど麺とは相性良く絡みます。 お肉、ねぎ、多いとは言えませんが、ちょうどいいかなって感じです。お肉も柔らかくて美味しい! うどんはワシワシではありませんが、コシは強めで喉越しいい感じ。 とにかく長いのにビックリです。 コスパもいいですね! かみさんもなす汁の味が濃すぎじゃなくていいと太鼓判でした。 美味しかったです♪ご馳走さまでした!

二名で訪れました。 きのこ汁(ほうれん草セット) 肉汁(大盛り+‪α熱盛り) を注文 平日14:00頃訪れましたが、きんぴらやその他サイドメニューは完売。 色々頼みたい方は早めに訪問が吉です。 麺は腰がありスープに絡んで、小麦のいい味が程よく「おいしいなぁ」と感じられました。 きのこ汁は大ぶりに切られた肉厚椎茸が割と入っていて椎茸好きにはたまりません。 お味がしっかりしているのに濃い、とかではなく麺に絡む程よいスープ。 肉汁は肉の旨み油がスープに溶け込みしっとりコクのあるスープに。まるで美味いラーメンのスープ状態。 肉汁は熱盛で注文が正解かもしれません。 混み合うと提供は遅れるかと思いますが、年配の方々手作業なので時間に余裕がある時には迷いなく訪れるお店だと思います。

だいたいいつも混んでいます。すいているのは珍しいです。 駐車場は前からとめてしまうと狭めなので出るときに大変なのでバックでとめておいたほうが無難です。 旧中山道の交通量もそこそこあるので。帰りに出られなくなります。 味はとっても美味しいです。 ツユが凄くいい(゚∀゚) 麺をあつもり(麺が熱い状態)がいいか 水洗いしてもらった麺がいいか選べるので、夏も冬も快適に食べられます♪ 一昨日行ったときは、ひもかわうどん(キシメンよりももちもちした幅広の麺)を食べましたが何も言わなかったらあつもりで来ました。

武蔵野うどんの特徴のコシ。 普通にお母さんの手打ちうどんで美味しい。 だが、僕の厳しい本音は、肉うどんで900円余は高い。田舎うどんでこの値段は観光地価格設定で残念です。 うどんを茹でたあとの水洗いがあまく余熱が残って生ぬるかった。 うどん出汁は醤油の甘塩っぱくて美味しくお肉の量も満足。 僕が武蔵野うどんに求めていたのは、お母さんの手打ちうどん、バリバリのコシに冷水で洗われたうどん。そして天ぷらがチョイス出来るお店。 クチコミで有名だが、2度目は行かないです。

コロナ禍前から行きたかったがなかなか行けずやっと訪問出来た。 昼11時開店すぐに入店、ぞくぞくとお客様がやって来る人気店で着席前にまずはオーダー、その後席を向かい合わせで無く一列に座る方式で着席した。 肉ネギ汁の大盛りうどんをオーダー、きんぴらを箸休めに食べながら美味しく食べた。

入り口で注文し席に案内される。 きんぴらは程よい辛さで美味しい。 うどんは狭い厨房でも早く茹でられる様にか、細くコシは少ない。 漬け汁はもう少し濃くても良いんじゃないかと思う。 食べ終わりそうなタイミングで、うどん湯が供される。客席を見てる目は素晴らしい。 駐車場は南側の空き地と、向かいのがってん寿司の裏に4台程の駐車場があるが、一通なのでパチンコ屋の方から回り込む必要がある。
