u	ultimobile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 choices for your ramen - hard/normal/soft, soy strong/normal/weak, chicken oil more/normal/less. A queue before and after dinner told us this place is popular. I googled Yokohama-style Ramen and found it was invented in 1974 - a mix of soy/shoyu and pork bone broth. Anyhoo it's my current top ramen this trip just for the choice of hard/chewy noodles! I found the seaweed delicious too.

I had a shio base ramen with ajitsuke and a generous serving of chashu pork and nori. The already delicious chashu was quickly blowtorched to add an extra layer of flavour, and the soup flavour is fantastic too. Don't bother waiting in line at the so called famous ramen branches and paying a premium for only average bowls, come here and be blown away!

I was under the impression that the ramen was not so good because pretty much the area is dominated by the nearby ramen shop "Enraku." But I was totally wrong! This place rocks both in terms of broth, noodle, and service! You all gotta try if you like good ramen!

They have a nice selection and you can choose the strength of the broth and firmness of the noodle. The flavors were nice and well balanced and the atmosphere was perfect as we were eating around both working crew and business men. Worth the stop if you are in the area!
