T	Tomo Sark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の11時過ぎに初入店。すでに3人ほどお客さんがいました。みんなヘビロテらしく着丼したつけ麺を見ながら微笑みを隠せてません。もうこの段階でアタリを確信。他の皆さんも書いてますが、麺がモチモチ、コシがあって、ツヤツルな食感。熱々のスープと冷やされた麺がよく合います。頼んだのは、1番人気という辛トン（特盛）。辛いトンコツスープの意味でしょうか。通勤経路にあるのでこれは再訪確定です。通える店を見つけると嬉しいですよね。みなさんも是非。おすすめできるお店です。 First entry after 11:00 on weekdays. K	Kaoru Endo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 季節のおすすめの濃厚魚介つけ麺（名前うろ覚え）並盛を食べました。カウンターのみでそんなに大きな店ではありませんが、とてもおいしかったです。どろっとした魚介スープはthe つけ麺という感じ。ゆずパウダーの味変もよきかな。ただ、これは他の定番メニューと違って沸騰する器ではなかったので、中盤から汁が冷めてきました。少しもらったカレー味は予想以上に辛くてちょっと苦手でした。量は並盛でちょうどよかったです。土日祝は特盛も無料らしい。 I ate the seasonal recommended rich fish and shellfish tsukemen (remember the name). R	Rei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけとん(850円)とあと飯DX(250円)を注文つけ麺は並盛りと大盛りの値段が同じです。土日は特盛も同一料金になりますつけ汁は少し甘いですが、豚骨の味がしっかりしています。麺は太麺で冷水でしっかりしまっていてコシがありました。味変でマジックビネガーをいれるとさっぱりして、秘伝のタレを入れる事で薄まってきても、濃さを戻すことができます。スープ割りはカツオがきいていました。あと飯DXはネギごま鰹節炙った鷄がのっていて、残ったスープに入れてお茶漬け風にして食べます。途中で割りスープを入れることで、最後まで飽きずに食べられます。 I ordered Tsuketon (850 yen) and rice DX (250 yen) Tsukemen is the same price as regular and large. ブ	ブルームーン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺を食べたい！って事で【越後つけ麺維新】大井町店へ行ってきました? 本店は新潟県湯沢町みたいです注文は外の券売機で購入麺の量は大盛まで並盛と同価格でお腹ペコペコの私は迷わず大盛選択！?！味は一番人気の【辛とん】?? 券を購入し、店内へ！すぐにアルコール消毒を促されます空いてる席に通されますが、かなり混み合っていて入口側の角席…この時期は寒いし、食べ辛い席になっちゃった? 注文してから１０〜１５分でお待ちかねの【辛とん】がきましたよぉ? アッ！因みに熱盛できるので券を渡す時に店員さんに伝えましょう? 私も熱盛にしてもらいました～麺は中太のストレート麺米粉を混ぜ込んでいるらしく、モチモチな食感で食べ応えあり！麺が食べ終える辺りで【割スープ】を出してくれます。寒い時期には特に有難い? 飲み干し完食です辛とんのスープはその名の通り、油断して飲み込むとほぼ間違いなく…蒸せます！お気をつけて…スープまで楽しみましょう☺️ I want to eat tsukemen! Vendo style ticketing. No english though. Pictured is the one which says No.1 in the menu. Mid spicy. Same price for regular (nami) and large (omori) noodle portions. Bacon-like pork strips in the dip complement very well. Ask for hot soup to dilute leftover dipping sauce to finish.
