y	yukie s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたお店の一つ。入り口を開けた途端、待たせますけど大丈夫ですか？の一言。あまりのその勢いに何と声をかけられたのかわからず、はい？と聞き直したら 15分ぐらいは待たせてしまいますけれど、それでもよいですか？とのこと。気持ちと時間にゆとりがなかったら、入店を諦めてしまうかも（笑）入り口にうどんののぼりが立っている割には麺のメニューは少なめですが、侮るこたなかれ、かけそばがこの値段でこの味とは‼︎ 確か460円ぐらい。　　出汁がよいのかな。少しのったおぼろ昆布もかけそばなのに乗ってくるんだ！これだけで得した気分。親子丼は、ふわふわ卵に加減よく火の通った鶏肉も美味しく絶品！お店の外装は、普通の定食屋さんぽいですが、出てくるお料理が想像を超えていました。他のメニューも試しに行きます。きっと、その時も同じように入店時に、待たせますよ…って言われるのでしょう（笑）座ったらすぐに出てくるお店と勘違いされて来店されるお客様に失礼のないよう、先に断っておくスタイルだと思います。フロアのおばさまも、とても丁寧な接客でした。 One of the shops I've always been interested in.
