 Certainly early. Certainly, it is a soup of its own with the smell of animal type. The noodles are very thin but soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から近くの住宅地の中にひっそりとあるラーメン屋。みそチャーシュー800円+麺大盛り100円増をオーダー。私の他に客がいないためか提供は早いです。
特にクセのない味噌スープに中細縮れの柔目の麺。プラス100円でこれだけチャーシューあればチャーシュー一択だな。余計な味付けなく、肉肉しいタイプです。
残り1/3で辛味噌投下し、美味しくいただきました。
実食日：20210415
A ramen shop quietly located in a residential area near the station. Order 800 yen for miso char siu + 100 yen for a large serving of noodles. The offer is quick, probably because there are no other customers besides me.
Miso soup with no peculiarity and soft noodles with medium and fine curls. If you have this much char siu for an additional 100 yen, you can choose char siu. It is a meaty type without any extra seasoning.
We dropped spicy miso with the remaining 1/3 and it was delicious.

スープは少し薄めで、チャーシューのしっかりした味付けに麺の味がしっかりと味わえる一杯❗
食べ終えると少し薄めのスープがちょうど良く感じるやみつきになる美味しいラーメンでした。
次は味噌味にチャレ確定?
