★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 甘辛いタレに漬け込んでから、揚げてあるので、肉自体にしっかりと味が染み込んでおり、噛むほどにジューシーな肉汁が口いっぱいに広がる唐揚げでとても美味しかったです。
ボリュームもしっかりとあり、満腹感を味わえます。
七つ鉢ラーメンは麺が蕎麦の色をしていて、初見ではとても驚きました。でも食べてみると、もちもちとした食べ応えのある麺で、蕎麦の味は全くしません。不思議な麺です。スープはあっさりとしたベーシックな鶏ガラ醤油ラーメン。中野市のえのき茸がトッピングされていて美味しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 七ツ鉢丼を食べました。美しい色合いの丼です。キャベツの部分は丼の底までキャベツで、見た目より野菜多めでヘルシーです。とんかつも唐揚げもカラリと揚げられており大変美味しかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とりから揚定食、七ツ鉢丼。からあげは甘めの味付けで私好みでした♪ めずらしくご飯がススム君(^^)/ お肉もやわらかくてペロリと完食！好みが分かれるところですが、あまじょっぱい味が好きな方には合うと思います。七ツ鉢丼は、豚かつと鶏からのコラボ。見ているだけでお腹いっぱいになります。（笑）

お店の第一印象は手書きのおしながきからも窺える「The人気の地元食堂」的な雰囲気なのだが、入店時の無人検温や飛沫防止のフィルムなどのコロナ対策の徹底ぶりはギャップを感じるほどの意識の高さ(笑)
店内は居酒屋感覚の小上がり席と昭和の喫茶店の様なテーブル席で構成され、これまたギャップがあって面白い。
人気の「とりから揚」はヒレカツの様な平べったい特徴的なフォルムだが、カラッと揚がった衣と、甘口で大人しめに味付けされた柔らかな鶏肉はクセになる。
あと、名物的メニュー「七ッ鉢丼」は、とりから+ソースかつも同時に楽しめる欲張りなどんぶり。
一つ残念だったのはフロアスタッフの応対が事務的で元気がない感じでちょっと寂しかったところ。

One disappointing thing was that the reception of the floor staff was clerical and I felt a little lonely.

全体的には量が多め。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元で評判のお店とお聞きしたのでスキーの帰りに立ち寄りました。評判の味噌チキンカツ定食をいただきました。でかいです。ビックリしました。量も多い。でも甘めの味噌に辛子をつけていただくと見た目よりあっさりと食べることが出来ました。やはり評判どおりでした。らーそばってメニューがあり気になりました。
