ラーメンの湯切りみたいな感じでしっかり油を落とし、アツアツで出てきます。
エビはすごく柔らかい、うまい。衣は薄めなので胃もたれしにくい。鶏天(多分上林地鶏)、柔らかい、うまい。
岩塩とおろし金がついてて、自分でおろすシステム。ミルじゃなくておろし金。驚き。遠慮なくガリガリやらないとなかなか削れません。おろし金を垂直にするのがコツ、か。水平では刃に目詰まりする。ミルより格段に粒子が細かく挽ける。
親子丼(上林地鶏 600円)がコスパ高くて良さそう。でも定食の鶏天と茶碗蒸しとご飯で親子丼感は楽しめた。
ご飯おかわりできます。
すぐきの漬け物、野沢菜漬けみたいでおいしかった。
沢庵は普通。
お茶、おいしかったです。
生け簀には舞鶴タグのカニ、フグ、サザエ、アワビ、ナマコなどがいました。
ご主人が手際よくフグを捌いてました。

The shrimp are very soft and delicious. Since the batter is thin, it is difficult for the stomach to lean. Chicken heaven (probably Kambayashi chicken), soft and delicious.
A system that comes with rock salt and a grater and you can grate it yourself. A grater, not a mill. surprise. If you don't feel free to grind it, you won't be able to scrape it easily. The trick is to make the grater vertical. The blade is clogged horizontally. Particles can be ground much finer than a mill.
Oyakodon (Kamibayashi chicken 600 yen) seems to be good because the cost performance is high. However, I enjoyed the oyakodon feeling with the set meal of chicken tempura, chawanmushi and rice.
You can refill the rice.
It was delicious like pickled suguki, pickled Nozawana.
Takuan is normal.
The tea was delicious.
