後輩は殿堂入りと言いながら、女子なのにつけ麺大盛を良く食べました（笑）

この手はスープを飲み干したくなるので注意が必要です（笑）。
それ程、ドロドロなのに味はあっさりしているのが不思議。
でもドロドロ系なので、シンプルであっさりしているラーメンや、コッテリ背脂系、博多豚骨系、を望む方には全く受け入れられないタイプです。
麺は、よくあるちぢれ麺なのでスープに絡んで美味しい。
⭐︎マイナス1は、今となっては意外とよくある味で驚きはないと言う事とチャーシューがしょっぱ過ぎてNGな点。
店主の対応は良いので気持ちよく食べれますよ。

軽快に見える湯切りがイチオシ、何度見ても飽きない
つけめん?
モチっとムチッとした食べ応えがある麺に濃厚なつけ汁が絡む旨い1杯
半つけでも、どっぷり全つけでも旨い
らーめん･つけめんどちらも注文する際にニンニク入れるかどうか聞かれるので、そこはお好みで
毎回次に用事がある時に伺ってるのでニンニク抜きだが旨い
ニンニク入りを食べに行きたい
全体的な作業のテンポが見てて勉強になるし楽しい

6組10人待ちでした
15分程で着席
ちゃーしゅーつけ麺 めんまトッピングを頂きました
麺はよくある普通の中太ストレートで
冷水できちんと締められてます
つけ汁に着けて食べると
カツヲの香りがガツンと来ますが
次にしょっぱいが来ます
濃厚さは普通だと思います
ちゃーしゅーですが
辛いです、醤油辛いです。
舌が痺れるくらい辛いです。
店主さんのラーメンを作る手際がすごくいい
女性スタッフさんとの息もピッタリで
観てて楽しかったです。
おいしゅうございました。
