いろいろな不動産屋さんに相談しましたが、高く売りますとしか言ってくれませんでしたが、ここの社長さんは中古売却のトラブル事例などリスクをわかりやすく説明してくれました。
最初は大手にしようと思いましたが、人柄でHAPPY ROOMさんに決めました。不動産の売却をご検討をしている方にはおススメです！
ただ、アポ無しで行ったら店が留守になっていたので先に予約がオススメなのと、ちょっとお店の場所がわかりづらいのが難点。もっもいい場所だったら。
対応はとても満足しています！
