M	MEGURU Nagoya’s Talent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度目の浜松訪問。土曜日の深夜11時で空いてる店もないだろうと半ば諦め気味の僕に友人達が紹介してくれたお店が「しゃもじ」さん。訪れると看板には大きく「地鶏スープのラーメン」とあるではないですか。鶏ガラスープ好きの私、入店前から既に心くすぐられました。オーダーしたのはこのお店一番人気の軍鶏のつみれ塩ラーメンとニンニク餃子。浜松ですからねぇ！やはり餃子はマストでしょう♫ 程なくするとまずは餃子が運ばれてました。しっかり味が付いているのでタレなしでますば食べてくれ！と。胡椒降る前にまずはスープ一口飲めってなラーメン屋に心くすぐられる私でございますので言われるがままにそのまま口の中へ放り込みます。んっ。たしかに濃いめの味付けでタレなしでも十分頂けます！この深夜の時間にニンニクが効いた餃子とビール… くぅ〜♫ 付け合わせにもやしで箸休め。時に柚子胡椒で味を変えながら頂きます。気づけばペロリと完食でございますよ。そんなこんなしているとラーメンの登場。少しだけ白濁気味の透き通ったスープがその味を象徴しています。あくまでも鶏ガラスープを基調とした優しいお味で、特にパンチある餃子の後だと物足りなさを感じる方もいるかもしれませんが麺の塩味や軍鶏のつみれに手を伸ばしているとラーメントータルでちょうどいい塩梅になるんです。遅くまでやってるのもさることながら、そういった意味でも〆の一杯に相応しいかもしれませんね。美味しく頂きました。ご馳走さまでした！ #hamamatsu #ramen #syamo #torigara #megurume Second visit to Hamamatsu. t	tam Kaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軍鶏のつみれ塩ラーメンとニンニクたっぷり餃子とライスを頂きました。塩ラーメンは鶏ガラ塩スープで、思ったよりコクがあって味がしっかりしていて美味しかったです。麺は細ちぢれ麺ですが、ちょっと柔らか目で悪くはないのですが、個人的にはもうちょっと硬めの方が好きかなと。軍鶏のつみれは軽い口当たりと程よい食感で美味しかったです。二枚の海苔もおいしかったです。餃子は食べる前に「味が濃いので醤油は付けずに食べてみてください」みたいな感じでだされたので、お薦めの通りに食べてみました。もやし付きの一人前5個でしたが、なかなかおいしかったです。私的にはこれくらいはニンニクが入っていていいと思いますし、餃子を食べる時点でニンニクの匂いはあって当たり前なので、全く気になりませんでした。味はしっかり付いているので、醤油はお薦め通り付けずに食べるのが正解と思います。ライスには塩漬け卵黄が付いていて、卵かけご飯の様に掛けて食べて見てくださいと勧められたので、その通りにして頂きましたが、濃厚な黄身に味が付いていてとてもおいしかったです。これを朝に食べたいなと思った程で、ご飯に良くマッチしてました。 We got a ginger chicken pickled salt ramen, plenty of garlic dumplings and rice.
