★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟駅から１つ、マツモトキヨシや、セブンイレブン、ヤマザキディリーがあり便利です。駅のトイレも清潔で綺麗です。駐輪場アリです。
 One from Niigata Station, Matsumotokiyoshi, Seven-Eleven and Yamazaki Dilly are convenient. The toilet in the station is also clean and beautiful. It is a bicycle parking ant.

新潟駅から隣駅で新潟の繁華街である古町への最寄り駅。ただしバス線を考慮する場合は新潟駅からのほうがアクセスが良い。
古町の地盤沈下（物理的な意味ではなく経済的な地盤沈下の比喩表現です）ははげしく往時の面影はかなり薄くなり川向の万代のほうが栄えている。

A station on the JR East Echigo Line that was supposed to be the starting point for the Hakushin Line (Hakushin and Shibata, not Niigata's new)
The nearest station to Furumachi, which is the downtown area of Niigata, next to Niigata Station. However, when considering the bus line, access is better from Niigata Station.
Furumachi's land subsidence (a metaphorical expression of economic land subsidence rather than a physical meaning) is so severe that the remnants of the past have become considerably faint, and Kawamukai's Mandai is more prosperous.

It is still new, with elevators and escalators, and has a bright premises with Braille blocks firmly attached, making it a station that is friendly to people with physical disabilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 越後線の白山駅は初めて下車しました。思ったより駅は大きく無かったです。通勤、通学の時間帯は込み合う事と思います。
I got off at Hakusan Station on the Echigo Line for the first time. The station wasn't bigger than I expected. I think that the time of commuting to work and school will be crowded.
