姫	姫新Kishin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 典型的な田舎の駅ですが、特急と春のみ運行される快速急行以外の全列車が停まるため本数はわりと多いです。改札はIC対応の簡易改札です。近くには梨畑が広がっており、旬の季節(8月下旬～10月上旬)になるとあちらこちらで梨狩りを楽しむ人や直売所を見受けられます。地元では大阿太の梨はかなり有名だそうなのでこちらに来た方は是非梨畑へ立ち寄ってみてください。 This is a typical countryside station, but the number of trains is relatively large because all trains stop except for the express train, which operates only on the limited express and spring. S	Suke Maru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅名は当初存在していた村の名前から。大阿太村の大部分は五條市だが、村が合併で消滅する少し前に佐名伝(さなて)地区のみ大淀町に編入されて現在に至る。佐名伝集落のほとんどは駅から離れた吉野川沿いにあり、国道沿いには梨の直販所が点在する。当駅からほど近い、薬水トンネルすぐのところに宅地用に整理されて電柱が林立している箇所がある。バブル期に開発したものの頓挫してしまったようで、とても気味悪い光景が放置され20年以上も続いていたが…ソーラーパネル用の土地となったもよう。 The station name is from the name of the village that originally existed. Most of Oada Village is Gojo City, but shortly before the village disappeared due to the merger, only the Sanate district was incorporated into Oyodo Town and continues to this day. Most of the Sanate villages are located along the Yoshino River away from the station, and there are pear direct sales offices scattered along the national highway. There is a place where utility poles are lined up for residential land near the Yakusui tunnel, which is close to this station. Although it was developed during the bubble era, it seems that it has failed, and a very creepy sight has been left unattended for more than 20 years ...
