日頃から自分でトレーニングしてたけど、体の使い方や動かし方まで教えてもらえたことによって今まで無駄なところに力を入れていたことを教わりました。
姿勢や関節の調整もベッド上でしてもらえて、この施設だけで全体的にコンディションを整えることが出来ました。

I received personal training for the first time.
I trained myself on a regular basis, but by being taught how to use and move my body, I learned that I had been focusing on wasteful areas.
I was able to adjust my posture and joints on the bed, and I was able to adjust the overall condition at this facility alone.
I am very satisfied!
