スイミングや体操などの子どもスクールもあります。
一番の特徴は、クラブ内が平面なので、階段移動が無いこと。
プール・スタジオ・ジム・更衣室・フロント全て１階にあります。
（１階に鍼灸整骨院もあります。）
駐車場は２階・３階いあり、無料で利用可能。
スクールの時間は多少混雑します。
基本休館日＝毎月１５日・末日
（変わる月があるので、要確認です。）
 A sports club located in the south of Nishinomiya.
There are also children's schools such as swimming and gymnastics.
The best feature is that there is no stairs movement because the club is flat.
The pool, studio, gym, changing room, and reception are all on the first floor.
(There is also an osteopathic clinic on the first floor.)
Parking is available on the 2nd and 3rd floors for free.

建物がコーナンの流用なので仕方がないが、Ａスタジオの真ん中に柱があるのが残念な点。
地域的な利便性や無料駐車場など、無くなると困る施設です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2階3階が駐車場、プール、マシンの数はあるがマシンが古い。ランニングマシンでTV見られないから吊されているTVみて、と。Wifiもなしだから動画も見られない。ダンス系のプログラム目当てで行ったが、お母さんといっしょレベルで萎えた。スタッフは若く感じが良い。
There are parking lots, pools, and machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors, but the machines are old. I can't watch TV on a running machine, so I'm looking at a TV hanging. Since there is no Wifi, I can't watch any videos. I went for a dance program, but withered with my mom. The staff are young and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立地条件良いものの中のマシンが旧式で入れ換えがなかなか無いし、故障しても修理が遅い。さすがグンゼとケチケチぶりは天下一品。但し、サウナと風呂、シャワー設備は良い。中のバイト生は親切で良い人を揃えている。
Machines in good location are old and difficult to replace, and even if they break down, repairs are slow. As expected, Gunze and squeaky yellowtail are the best in the world. However, the sauna, bath and shower facilities are good. The part-time students inside are kind and have good people.

他の子と比べてできてない部分を指摘して指導してくるタイプの人が、途中からコーチになったのでウチの子はやる気を失いました。
あんな感じじゃ信頼関係も築いていくことすらできません。
親にも同様の内容で言うてきます。
単に歳が若いだけで指導力のない人でした。

マシンの種類は並以上あると思います。
ゴリマッチョ目指す方にはちょっと不満が残るかもしれませんが一般的な形のトレーニングとしては十分な種類だと思います。
金額はすべてのフルコース含めて10,000円位だったと思います。
比較的女性の比率も他に比べて多いと感じました。
利用者の方にも問題なりそうな人は見受けられません。
フィットネスプログラムのホールがあったりプールもあります。
従業員の方はすれ違うたびにきっちりと挨拶をしてくれます。
全体の評価として特に問題は見当たりません。
特筆することも特にありません。
利用しやすい良い施設だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策の体温計が役所やスポーツクラブに設置されておりますが・・。ライターでブザーが鳴ったのはここだけです。すごい！！
完全に機能させて対策を実施していると思う。
追記 水泳の個人レッスンが最高です！是非皆さまも受講したがいいと思います。
