鍋は少し変わってて、水炊き状態の具材に、温めたタレを混ぜ、出汁で割る。簡単に言うと、煮込みしゃぶしゃぶのような方式で、長く煮てしまっても煮詰まって味が濃くなることが無いのでゆっくりと食事する方でも最後まで美味しく頂けると思う。
かなり混みますので、予約は取っていった方が良いでしょう。
