予約しないと入れないですね。お客さんでいっぱいです。
しかも女性客が多く男性客は私たちのみでした。
名物と聞いていたアジフライがとても美味しい！
こんなアジフライ食べたことない！！
というかアジフライなのか？
アジのフライであることは間違いないのでアジフライなのですが。
写真のとおりレア状態です。
新鮮なアジなのですね。
ソースでもタルタル(わお！いくら乗ってる！！)でも合う合う。
これだけでパクパク、お酒ゴクゴクいけちゃいますね。
この日は塩釜のマグロもいただきました。
そりゃ旨いですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪にはない、絶品料理でした。味をこんな風にお料理できるなんて、じかもタルタルにゴーヤ入りで美味しくいただけました。何かと難儀な世の中になりましたがお料理に対して一生懸命なスタッフの皆さん頑張ってください。

夜、何度めかの訪問。
今回は料理のみコースでいただきました。
お店自慢の料理が味わえるので、お店の味を全般的に味わいたい時はコースをオーダー。
やはり、どれもハズレなし。
お料理もそうですが、接客も大変良いです。
細かいところに目配りされていて、店長さん？から新人さん？への接客指示も的確に出されていて、面倒臭いお客(私)としても文句なしのサービスだと思います。
こういう接客をしていただくと、満足度が上がって、大変気持ちの良い時間を過ごせました。
お勧めできるお店です。

まっすぐ家に帰る気だったけど、仕事で疲れ切ってたので居酒屋にでも寄ってぼーっと頭の疲れを落とすことに
【お店の特徴】
・ようは居酒屋（店員さん曰く）
・その通りだけど、いかにも仕事帰りの臭そうなおっさんが連れ立って寄るような居酒屋さんじゃない
・店構えからして小粋な居酒屋さん、店内はちょっと暗めだけど、女性1人でも十分入れます
【アジフライとか】
・アジフライは名物…とのことだけど、もし氏ノ木や他にアジフライを提供してるお店と張り合ってるなら、まだ改良の余地あり、味はもちろん身の大きさや盛り付け方なども含めて
・焼き鳥…結構美味しかった、ただレバーの血がダラーっと皿にたくさん流れてるのは、もう少し拭いたりもできたかと
【接客とかその他】
・接客特に困ったことはなかったです、アジフライの食べ方を説明してくださったり親切でした
・最寄駅は仙台駅…だいたい10分くらい、一風堂を目指していけば（一風堂からはお店が見えませんが）
・コロナ対策は…パーテーションが不十分ですね
・テーブルとカウンターで20席弱
・一部の商品テイクアウトやってます
・夜の定食やってるんで、仕事帰りの独身者にも便利

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台でアジフライといえば氏ノ木だとばかり思っていたら氏ノ木を教えてくれた現地在住のエンジニアがサラサも行くべきだと言う。そしてハマってとても佳き店なのである。鮮度と揚がり具合のベストバランス、酒の種類とサービス、どれを取ってもなかなかに最高でリピート決定?超オススメ。
If you think that Aji fry is Shinogi in Sendai, the local engineer who taught you Shinogi says that Sarasa should also go. And addiction is a very good shop. The best balance between freshness and fried condition, the type and service of sake, the best repeat decision ? Highly recommended.
