17時半開店で、17時半に入る。
友人の予約は18時だったのですが仕事が早く終わったので…気持ちよく対応して貰えました。スミマセン(-_-;)
まずは一番搾りの瓶ビールとそら豆で友人の到着を待つ事に。
そら豆は茹でたてで熱々です。美味しいです。
友人到着後は薦められるままに、お刺身、アジフライ、穴子…と注文。
どれも美味しいのですが、アジフライは中はレアで衣はサクサクで美味です。
さすが名物と書いてあるだけ有りますね。
穴子の白焼きも臭み無く、肉厚で大満足です。
地味？に美味しかったのはお刺身な盛り合わせに乗っていた水茄子の刺身。
さっぱりとしてこれまた美味でした。
日本酒も東北中心に多数揃えられていて、お値段もそこそこ。
大変美味しかったです。
仙台に行ったときは是非立ち寄りたい店になりました。
…と、料理は絶賛なのですが…隣の席でタバコ吸いはじめられた時は少し閉口しました。
飲み屋なので仕方がないのですが、料理が美味しかっただけに少し残念な気分に。
禁煙では無いのでその点はご注意を～

All are delicious, but the horse mackerel is rare and the clothes are crisp and delicious.

There is no smell of white grilled conger eel and it is very thick and satisfactory.

There are many sakes in the center of Tohoku, so prices are reasonable.

ちょっと隠れ家的なお店で、雰囲気がありました！店内に入ると木を基調にした落ち着いた店内。BGMも落ち着いていてよし。
ポテトサラダ、ささみフライ、ウニ刺し、アボカドのたらこ和え等々頼みましたが、どれも大変美味しかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店構えから美味しそうなお店です。初めて入ってランチを食べました。それぞれの素材をいかした1種類のみのランチメニューでしたが、とても美味しかったです。食後にコーヒーがついてたら良いかも。次は是非夜に行ってみたいお店です。
It looks delicious from the store. I entered for the first time and had lunch. There was only one type of lunch menu that made use of each ingredient, but it was very delicious. It would be nice to have coffee after meals. Next is a shop that I definitely want to visit at night.

お刺身の盛り合わせ含めお料理を少量づつ提供してくれます。料理も美味しい焼き鳥は結構ボリュームあります。氏の木含め最近は何となく料理の出し方や雰囲気味が似てる様に思うのは僕だけだろうか

ちょうど出る方が居たので入れました。
お値段は普通ですが、どれもとっても美味しい！アジフライが有名らしく頼んだら想像とは違う美味しいアジフライが出てきました！
お酒も美味しい！十四代も一合1700円くらいでリーズナブルです！
熱燗はもう少し熱くてもいいかも！
とってもオススメです！

休日出張のなんともいえない気分の中、美味しそうな店を探していたところ高評価のこちらに足を運びました。
開店まもなく行ったので入れましたが、お客さんがどんどん入ってきてすぐにカウンターは埋まりました。
テーブル席は予約で満席。
カウンターはカップルで埋められていく中、肩身が狭くなることもなくオススメの日本酒をいただきました。
宮城の地酒ということで、乾坤一。
スッキリとした飲み口で、刺し盛りにぴったり。
オススメのアジフライは、アジフライの概念を覆すくらいおいしく、日本酒にもバッチリ。
〆の仙台味噌の焼おにぎりもおいしくいただきました。
とても美味しい晩御飯をいただけて、ありがたかったです。

When I was looking for a restaurant that looked delicious in the mood of a holiday business trip, I went to this highly rated restaurant.
I went there shortly after the store opened, so I put it in, but the counter was filled up as soon as more and more customers came in.
Table seats are fully booked.
As the counter was filled with couples, I had the recommended sake without narrowing my shoulders.
As it is a local sake from Miyagi, it is a local sake.
With a refreshing mouth, it is perfect for sashimi.
The recommended Aji fry is delicious enough to overturn the concept of Aji fry and is perfect for sake.
The grilled rice balls from Sendai Miso were also delicious.

氏ノ木が満席だったので、こちらに行ってみることに
【お店の特徴】
・氏ノ木意識してるんですかね！結構同じメニューがあったり、盛り付けが似てたり
・でも、お味や作りは独自性持っていて美味しい
・両店とも継続して通うのが良いかも
【行き方とか】
・最寄は地下鉄宮城野通駅、だけど仙台駅からでも徒歩15分くらい
・カウンターとテーブルで20席〜25席くらい
・禁煙席ですね
・雰囲気良く女性一人でも十分楽しめるのですが、引き戸で外から中が見えないこともあって、ちょーっと入りにくいかも、やや暗めですし
・予約なしで入れましたが、予約した方が無難ですね
【アジフライ】
・多分、これがもっとも氏ノ木意識したお皿かな
・ただ、お味は違う、タルタルソースの味も違う
・こちらの方がサクサク感強め
・タルタルソースは甘さ控えめ
・どちらも美味しく、あとは好みってとこ
【タコブツ】
・見えますかね？ギザギザに包丁が入ってるんですよね、細やかなテクニック
・もちろん美味しい
【その他】
・個人的には、「今日のオススメ」とか「今日の一品」みたいなメニューがあっても良いと思う
・お店がすすめている旬のものとか食べてみたいし

「からすみの稲庭うどん」は美味しすぎて、おかわりしてしまいました！！
カウンターで職人さんのお仕事を見ながらいただくのは格別でした。
満席でオーダーもたくさん入っているのに、お料理の提供スピードが早く、待つことなく食事を楽しめました。
お客さんがひっきりなしに入られていらっしゃるので、予約して伺うことオススメします！
