丸	丸井大福（大ちゃん） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビルの5〜6Fにあり、5Fは受付とショップ、ロッカールーム、マッサージ、サロン、有酸素＆ストレッチスペース、離れた場所にスタジオがあり、6Fにトレーニングルームとスタジオがあります。マシンの数が多いために間隔が狭く少々不便だが、ベンチ台やダンベルスペースは割と広めです。スクワットラックは多めで、ウェイトリフター専用コーナーの設置は珍しいかと思う。お客さんの質は総じてよいが、トレーナーさんは接点がほぼない（フロアに居ない）ので評価は避ける。また、他の方が書いてらっしゃる様に受付の対応が良くない時がたまにあるのと、マナーを守らない重鎮（だけどフォームはめちゃくちゃ）トレーニーが非常に迷惑なので、残念ながら星二つマイナスです。 Located on the 5th to 6th floors of the building, the 5th floor has a reception and shop, locker room, massage, salon, aerobic and stretch space, a studio in a remote location, and the 6th floor has a training room and studio. Due to the large number of machines, the space is narrow and a little inconvenient, but the bench stand and dumbbell space are relatively large. There are a lot of squat racks, and I think it is rare to have a corner dedicated to weight lifters. The quality of the customers is generally good, but the trainers have almost no contact (not on the floor), so avoid evaluation. Also, as other people have written, there are times when the receptionist does not respond well, and the trainee who does not follow the manners (but the form is messed up) is very annoying, so unfortunately it is minus two stars.

お	おたんこなす on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 快適にトレーニングができるが受付の塩対応が気になる。会員が来ても片手間に接客するスタッフがいる。自分は黙々とやるタイプなのであまり困らないが、接客できるトレーナーが少ない印象がある。会員に自ら助け舟を出せるトレーナーがもっと増えると活気がつくのではないかと思う。初心者や数少ない女性の会員がトレーニングに楽しみを抱いて続けているのを見ると嬉しいものです。これからも利用させていただきます。 You can train comfortably I'm worried about the salt correspondence at the reception. It's a great gym but such a shame about the soulless staff there. A little "thanks" or "welcome" after scanning my card could go a long way. Ask for a "spot" on the bench and it's a though we just asked them for a heart transplant. It's Golds for Christ sake, stop giving the Mecca of all gyms a bad name.

J	Jigme Dorji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to this gym for almost two years. The space is bigger than most of the gold gyms downtown and not that crowded. They have plenty of workout equipment. Some of the trainers are very friendly. I wish they have English-speaking staff to be more helpful to the people like me and others who have limited Japanese skills.
