A	Amanda Carlton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go here if you want to get a phone, internet, or sim cards. Most staff can't speak English, but they will really work with you to get you set up. If you just want a data sim, they will test your phone's compatability before purchase as well. They will even set your APN settings for you. Really great customer service, better than other locations in the area where they just tell you no or give up on you.

The staff was either busy, or not really informed. I have however purchased ac, fridge, and TV from the store, and the sales staff for those things were great! Lovely people. Delivery and installation wasn't a problem.

What normally happens is, I go, they don't have it, I walk to yodobashi camera, they don't have it either, so I order it from Yahoo shopping. They do have a pretty good alcohol section though and so they can have an extra star just for that.
