小規模なのでスタッフの方との距離が近く、体調など相談しつつ個別に見てもらえるのでトレーニングがはかどります。
別の大手ジムに通う夫と時々情報交換をしますが、私の方が圧倒的に提供側になるのもここのおかげかと。
遠赤外線ドームもあり、運動の効果とあわせて体質改善が出来てきたのか夏バテなどしにくくなりました。
24時間利用できるので、スタッフ不在にはなりますが夜や定休日も気にせず体を動かしたい時に自分のタイミングで通えるのは思っていた以上に便利です。
