★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price, they should include free shipping, in my opinion, if meeting greater than certain price range! Instead, they charge shipping.
Occasional they have seasonal free shipping promo which only comes with a very limited selection!
They won't even budge an inch to give free shipping even if you spend more than roughly $300. You still have to pay roughly $10-20 or more depending on your location and destination for shipping
Oh guess what, sometime they add an additional $5 or so to keep the fruits cold.
Feel like they have zero flexibility. If you're spending $300 just for fruits, shouldn't those small fee be covered, no?

Absolutely must order their strawberry parfait. Heavenly and a must die for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how to review this place. The fruits are so humongous that there is no way they can be natural. I might be wrong. Also prices are on the very high end. Tried the fruit cup which was normal. The fruit sandwich with figs which also was so-so. The chestnut jam is good.
