★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday, totally disappointed by the service. All I wanted to order was their famous master tongue, but only found out when we order that you can only order one either thick or thin cut and only once! It only came with two piece!!! Surprise!!! Over all, over priced and only give you a tiny bite with all orders. No explanation of the food and how they serve until you ask. At least the food is good so at least 1 star but will never come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend this restaurant to ppl who enjoy good beef quality and good service. Great beef quality with a reasonable price. Staff helps us to grill the meat. Most importantly, staff are nice even though I cannot speak Japanese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food. Each dish is well thought out and meat cooked in front of you. Great view of Ginza as well as the restaurants sits on the 7th floor. Great for dates or dinner friends. I’ve been to many great yakiniku restaurants, so it’s hard to give it 5 stars as I don’t think it offered anything out of the ordinary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These days, I prefer ushigoro than Jumbo. The quality at Jumbo may be a tad better but their poor service to gaijin and notorious reservation policy and off beat locations have me running for ushigoro instead. The cold noodle here is more flavorful than Jumbo too. Great attentive service, excellent curry rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to the branch at Roppongi and this joint is slightly smaller on the 7th floor and located conveniently near Ginza Six.
Ordered almost the same menu and wanted to change the master cut tongue to the thinner slice but the server forgot. However, surprisingly, this cut is much better than previous experience.
The server and restaurant manager are extremely helpful as one of our friends have dietary restrictions. They are careful to change the bbq plate which time they prepare the food for our friend.
We ordered additionally Shabu style and it’s excellent.

They speak good English. They serve the beef with the best condition and taste. Let them cook for u to enjoy the best. Must go for beef lover
