★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食生活が外食ばかりで好きなものに偏って食べてしまうのでバランスが悪いのはわかっていたのですが、急に吹き出物が口元に多くできてしまい、オデコとかなら隠せるのにかなり嫌でした。銀座で美容皮膚科を探しすぐ電話しました。とても好印象で通いやすい雰囲気のクリニックさんだったので、こちらに決めました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何軒かまわって初診で行った時に対応が一番よくして頂いたので銀座エルクリニックに通っています。生活習慣やお肌の状態、今までのニキビの経過（いつからできて、など）を親身に聞いて治療法を出してくれました。料金の提示などもわかりやすかったです。アドバイスもまだ通うかわからない段階でもしっかりしてくれました。好印象ですよね。
I went to Ginza EL Clinic because I got the best response when I went at the first visit. He kindly asked me about my lifestyle, my skin condition, and the history of my past acne (when I got it, etc.). It was easy to understand the presentation of the charges. He did well even at the stage where I didn't know the advice. It is a good impression.

口コミがよく信頼できそうで実際にも良かったです。
綺麗な院内で、最初は医師の診断→看護師さんの詳しい説明→施術も看護師さん。
みなさんとてもかんじのよい雰囲気でした。
自分の血を抜き、その血にオゾンを混ぜてからまた10分くらいかけて体に戻します。
痛みは針を刺す時と抜くときのチクっとゆう痛みのみ。
通うのがオススメとあったので定期的に行こうと思います。

カウンセリングや施術の説明は予め、Webで納得して行ったのもあってとても納得できました。
この施術が，どういうものであるか，やさしく話して頂けました。
当日はクリニック自体が忙しそうな状況もあり、施術までは少し待ちましたが丁寧な対応ですし満足です。

痛みや腫れは全く無く、施術の途中で何度か寝そうになりました。時間は30分ほど。
1回で劇的に変化のあるようなものではないです。ダウンタイムは全く無し。
当日は少し引き締まったかな？という感じです。何回かに分けて通ってどんどん状態をよくしていきたいです。

先生のしっかりとした説明があり、個室での点滴では痛みも殆どなく、時間も早く終わりました。
次の日から疲れが全くなく身体がすごく楽になりました。
先生も看護師さん、スタッフさんがとても親切丁寧に対応してくださりますし、とても楽になるのでお勧めです。

サーマクールは肌にあたる部分はひんやりしてるので痛みを感じにくいです。あててる時間は20分くらいだったと思います。
痛みは基本的に大したことないです。当て方で骨にあたると変な痛みが感じられました。
今後に何か反応あるのことを期待してます。
