駒込での乗り換えついでに。
ガンコヌードルだと思っていたら、よく見るとガンコンなのね。
ラーメンの種類はそこそこ。
カレーまである。
今回は、店の名前になっているガンコンラーメン 全部乗せ＠990円
見た目は、一般的な醤油ラーメン。
チャーシューは鶏豚の2種類。どちらも低温調理でしっとりうまうま。
スープも鶏ベースのすっきりとしたタイプ。
優等生な一杯♪
これで全部乗せが990円というのは高評価！

やってしまった。
お店のファサードから、独創的で個性的なラーメンが出てくるのかなと思いヒヨってガンコンヌードルさんのノーマルラーメンであろう物を注文してしまいました。
お店の見た目のイメージとは裏腹に、繊細なラーメンが出てきました。
これはこれでスープを飲み干すくらい美味しかったのですが、もっと冒険すれば良かった、、
次回お伺いする機会があれば是非冒険したいと思います！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老つけ麺と辛シビませソバ食しましたが大満足てした。店内コロナ対策バッチリです。店員さんも皆さん応対が良いです。盛り付けにこだわられているのか目で見ても楽しめました。ラーメンのクオリティは高くまた是非訪れたいです。
I ate shrimp tsukemen and spicy bigeye tuna, but I was very satisfied. It is perfect for in-store corona measures. The clerk is also very friendly. I enjoyed it even if I saw it because I was particular about serving it. The quality of the ramen is high and I definitely want to visit it again.

Uno dei migliori Ramen mangiati fino ad ora, un Ebi miso Ramen strepitoso, dal gusto deciso di gambero e i noodles sottili e al dente.
Si chiama Kangon Noodles e si trova a Komagome, sulla linea Jr Yamanote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, cozy ramen store located in an old shopping street. Serves shoyu ramen and shrimp-miso soup ramen, with a couple more creative ramen dishes. The shoyu soup is excellent, but the shrimp-miso is a must-have if you’re into thick seafood soups. The soup is thick and umami-filled, and the flat ramen noodle goes perfect with it.
Only downside is that the smell of shrimp broth is pretty strong and it sticks to your clothing - so don’t forget to spray some deodorizer on them afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice casual after work spot. Cozy and functional interior. You can see the chef do everything from your seat at the counter. The food tends to have more of a Sichuan spice to it, which is good if you like that taste. Overall a good spot to grab some noodles.
