★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 父母のAQUOSシンプルスマホ3を、ソフトバンクから楽天モバイルへMNPするため窓口へ行ったところ、機種が楽天モバイルへ対応していないと説明され諦めて帰宅。帰ってから、私のスマホで調べたところ、AQUOSシンプルスマホ3は楽天モバイルへ対応している事が分かりました。店員ならばそれくらい知識としてあって欲しいです。または適当な対応でなくキチンとその場で調べる事くらいして欲しいです。店員のレベルが低く、片道40分無駄になり、ガッカリしました。
When I went to the counter to MNP my parents' AQUOS Simple Smartphone 3 from Softbank to Rakuten Mobile, I was told that the model was not compatible with Rakuten Mobile and gave up and went home. After returning home, I checked it on my smartphone and found that the AQUOS Simple Smartphone 3 is compatible with Rakuten Mobile. If you are a clerk, I want you to have that much knowledge. Or, I would like you to check it on the spot with Chitin instead of taking appropriate measures. The level of the clerk was low, and I was disappointed because I wasted 40 minutes one way.
