また、年老いた両親に頼まれて家電を購入するために連れていくのですが、お店の方の説明も丁寧でわかりやすく、満足度は高いと言っておりました。

あのトイレの汚さでは、買う気も失せます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎回通る度に駐車場はガラ空きで、店内に入ったら店員さんがすぐ来るんじゃないか?とか、しつこくされるのでは?とか心配ありましたがそんなことはなく。
むしろ目を合わせたら来て聞いてくれて、問い合わせた商品が展示品しかないと言う事でその説明と箱が無いので梱包をどうするのかを丁寧にしてくれてとても助かりました。
しかも車まで運んでくださって、本当にありがとうございました!
本日対応して下さった方が親切丁寧で、行って良かったです。
ただ、会計の時レジでポイントカードを作るかどうするか聞かれましたが、他にお客様が並んでないのでどうせならカードの利点とか教えてくれたら良かったのに…カードの良さが何もわからないので作りませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長さんが凄い良い人で、品揃えは決して良いとは言えませんがフナイなどヤマダ電機ブランドもあるので家電量販店最大手ですので他店に在庫が無い時にはオススメです。

ただ、女性の店員さんの接客はイマイチ。
