HP、SNS等で御朱印対応日や郵送対応のお知らせを発信しているようです。
毎月、副住職がお便り(法話)を出されているので楽しみにしています。
お庭も季節によって様々な花が咲き綺麗です。
It's not a tourist temple but a small temple in the town, but there are many kinds of red stamps and they are wonderful.
It seems that we are sending out notices of red stamp correspondence dates and mail correspondence on HP, SNS, etc.
I am looking forward to hearing from the deputy chief priest every month.
The garden is also beautiful with various flowers blooming depending on the season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東岡山福田寺は、京都駅から歩いて15分のところにある時宗のお寺です。
時宗というのは名前を聞いたことはありますが、あまりなじみがありません。
調べてみると、北海道には函館の浄光寺しかないようです。
時宗で行われる踊念仏は盆踊りの起源とも言われているようです。
今回、郵送納経をできるお寺を探すうちに、福田寺に大変興味を覚えました。
福田寺は文永元年（1264）、鎌倉幕府6代将軍・一品宗尊親王により開かれたお寺です。
2001年の大河ドラマ「時宗」では、吹越満さんが演じられていました。
こちら福田寺では、お隣の荘厳寺の授与品も一緒に郵送で申し込むことができます。
お写経も併せて納経することができ、今回はそれぞれに般若心経を納めました。
福田寺の納経印では、しっかりとお写経を阿弥陀様に見ていただけたというデザインになっています。
猫のひな祭りとミモザがデザインされた春らしい納経印です。
ありがたく拝受し、南西に向かって合掌し、南無阿弥陀仏と唱えました。
京都に行った際は、ぜひお詣りさせていただきます。
Higashi Okayama Fukuda-ji is a temple of Ji-shu, which is a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station.

When I looked it up, it seems that there is only Jokoji Temple in Hakodate in Hokkaido.
The dance memorial Buddha performed in Ji-shu is said to be the origin of Bon Odori.
This time, while searching for a temple that can be used for mailing sutras, I became very interested in Fukuda-ji.
Fukuda-ji is a temple opened in 1264 by Prince Munetaka, the 6th shogun of the Kamakura Shogunate.
Mitsuru Fukikoshi was played in the 2001 Taiga drama "Tokimune".
At Fukuda-ji, you can also apply for the gifts of the neighboring Sogon-ji by mail.
We were able to pay the sutras as well, and this time we paid the Heart Sutra to each.
The design of the sutras at Fukuda-ji is that Amida-sama could see the sutras firmly.
It is a spring-like sutra sign designed with cat doll festival and mimosa.
Thankfully, I received it, joined hands toward the southwest, and chanted it as Namu Amida Butsu.
When I go to Kyoto, I would like to take a look at it.

よくみると隠れ文字が彫られており、副住職のこだわりが感じられます。清水寺からもわりと近いので御朱印を集められている方は一度行かれてみてはいかがでしょうか。
