★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々な源氏巻きを食べてみましたが、此方の源氏巻きは皮が薄くしっとりとしており、口当たりが上品です。また、予約してないと買えない場合のある『やまかげ』は個人的に絶品です。

各店とも工夫をされていて美味しいのですが、個人的には藤村山陰堂さんが一番好きです。
餡と皮の風味のバランスがとても良く、飽きが来ない美味しさです。
また、知人に勧められて買った｢やまかげ｣がとても美味しいです！
店主厳選の白手亡豆を、ほんのり甘くゴロッとした食感を残して作った餡は絶品です。薄く風味豊かな皮と相まって上品な香り高いお菓子に仕上げてあります。
ここの源氏巻とやまかげは津和野でしか手に入らないお菓子です。是非、皆さんにお試し頂きたいと思います！！

Each store is devised and delicious, but I personally like Fujimura San'indo the most.
