とても愛想のいいお婆さんとお爺さんがやっています。 おつゆでなく、塩だけで食べる『十塩そば(としおそば)』が最高です。滅多に食べられるものでもないかも?? 今日は残念ながらなかったですが、そばいなりもとても美味しそうでした

人気店で2階の和室で一時待機し、津和野の写真展示を眺めました。お蕎麦はめちゃめちゃ美味しいです。特にそば好きの方は、塩(掛けるだけ)か、水(津和野の天然水)で頂くと蕎麦本来の味が堪能できます。蕎麦湯もセットです。単品物等飲食の他、持帰りのお土産になるものも販売されてます。
I waited for a while in the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor at a popular store and looked at the photo exhibition of Tsuwano. Soba is really delicious. Especially for those who like soba, you can enjoy the original taste of soba by using salt (just hang it) or water (Tsuwano's natural water). Soba hot water is also included. In addition to eating and drinking individually, items that can be taken home as souvenirs are also on sale.

おばさんのサービスがとてもよく、そばも噛み応えがありかつ、甘味がありました。こんにゃくと甘味がとても美味しかったです。

味さいこう!奥さん、さいこう! 塩そばか、ざる蕎麦で悩んでたところ、 ざる蕎麦に塩を添えてもらえました。 嬉しすぎる? どちらも美味しかったけど、塩そばの方が風味が味わえて好きでした! 流石、十割そば。香り高かったです。 わさびは本わさびで、こんにゃくは灰汁で作ったもの。栗羊羹も、お上品なお味でお土産用まで購入。 無料の豆茶、本当に美味しくて何杯もいただきました。 どれも、素材の旨みと薫りを贅沢に感じられます。 3時過ぎでも、奥さんに優しくもてなしてもらえて、最高な時間が過ごせました。 ぜひ、また来たいお店。

The free bean tea was really delicious and I had many cups. In each case, you can feel the umami and fragrance of the material luxuriously. Even after 3 o'clock, my wife kindly treated me and I had a great time. By all means, the shop you want to visit again.

開店は10時ではなく11時。 十塩そば、香りが立ってたまりませんでした?発芽も食べましたがあまり差がないように思いました。つゆはアゴ出汁?お魚の香りが強めなので、個人的に塩の方が好きかな。あと、量が少なめなのは残念。乾麺の0.7束くらい。 サイドメニューのこんにゃくを酢醤油で美味しくいただけました。最後に栗のデザートも? 物足りなく感じたのでオロシも。これは割とガッツリ薬味で楽しむ感じで良かったです✨

確かに十割蕎麦は美味しくてテレビ番組で放映されたのも納得。 ただ、訪れたのがお昼時間だったのと、店内が小さいせいなのか、入店出来る人数も少なくて順番待ちと食べ終わる迄で、小一時間かかりました。お蕎麦の量も少なくて大盛りはやっていないそうです。でも、お店の方の対応はとても親切で感じが良かったです。少し時間をづらして行けば良かったのかも知れませんね。
Certainly, 100% buckwheat noodles were delicious and I was convinced that they were broadcast on a TV program. However, it took me an hour to wait in line and finish eating because the number of people who could enter the store was small, probably because I visited there at noon and the inside of the store was small. It seems that the amount of soba is small and it is not served in large quantities. However, the correspondence of the shop staff was very kind and pleasant. Maybe I should have taken a little time to go.

A wonderful local treasure. Apparently in addition to being a Soba shop, this place doubles as a Chestnut Cafe. Lots of Vegetarian/Vegan options and Souvenirs and English descriptions of the available options. The owner sources all of his ingredients locally and even uses local sea salt and water in order to get extra nutrients into his dishes. I had the Chestnut icecream and his specially made Konyaku (apparently he uses a traditional method that gives it a special texture and prevents it from developing a smell). Highly recommend to any travelers who need a place to stop for a light meal, local delicacies, or afternoon stop.
