醤油で煮込んだ焼豚と極太メンマ。
細麺がベストな味わいでスープにからみ文句無しの王道。中華そばです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いわゆる多治見の大石家系。個人的には岐阜瑞浪のあきん亭が頂点で、そこには到底及ばない。比較すると、まずスープの深みがイマイチ。
あと、丁寧なんだけどトンチンカンなおばちゃんの接客。
もちろんマズくはないし、市井の凡庸なラーメンと比べれば美味しいですよ。

スッキリとしていて後味はしつこくないのに、スープに旨味がしっかりあります。
麺も絶妙な硬さが程よくて、何よりこのお店のラーメンはチャーシューです。何はともあれチャーシュー好きなら食べなきゃ絶対損のレベルのチャーシューです。
僕はいつもしっかり5枚のせを毎度美味しくいただいてます。時にチャーシューがなくなると営業時間でもチャーシュー無くなった為、終わりました。に出くわすこともあります。
そして、チャーシューだけ美味しいラーメンではないのでぜひとも一度食べて欲しいラーメン屋さんです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 写真の麺が美味しそうで初めて行きました！店内に入ると出汁の旨みが感じられる匂いが充満してとても食欲をそそられました。チャーシュー３枚のラーメンを食べました。チャーシューが厚切りで、とろとろで、肉肉しくてめっちゃ美味しかったです！メンマも太くて厚切りでしたが、柔らかくてとても美味しい！普通のラーメン750 円でも良かったくらい、３枚のチャーシューでお腹いっぱいになりました。スープは、あっさりしていてとても美味しかったです。また食べに行きたい味でした。写真でチャーシューの厚切り加減が写せないのが残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段は行列がすごくて敬遠するお店ですが、近くのカプサイメンに人が移動してて運良く並ばずに入店できました。分厚いチャーシューがトロトロで絶品です。縮れた細麺もピリ辛スープに合ってていいバランスです。美味しくいただきました。
Normally, the line is very long and I avoid it, but I was lucky enough to enter the store without lining up because people moved to the nearby Capsaimen. The thick char siu is excellent at Toro Toro. The crispy thin noodles are a good balance to match the spicy soup. It was delicious.

熱い物を食べると鼻水が垂れるので、ティッシュが各席にあると助かりますw
