★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに事務員のババアには頭にきた、約5分程予約時間に遅れてしまい、受付でボロカス言われた…医者でも看護師でも無い奴に言われ本当に頭にきた。
医師も初診のみ話を聞くが、通院してると患者を診ずパソコンに入力しながら話し時計を見て「1ヶ月分だしておきます。」また来月…で話を切るマジで殴りたい?このクリニックは基本的な事が出来てない、採血や血圧測定だけで自律神経の異常を発見し予防出来るはず、神経内科と書いてるが嘘じゃね？そもそも事務員二人いらないと思う。ここに通うなら坂戸駅そばの守屋医院のほうが良いです。

先生はゆったりと話を聞いてくれて安心感がある。受付の女性が冷たい感じで淡々としているのが残念。

予約が要るのは理解出来るが、緊急性のある患者にも「完全予約制」の
一点張りで門前払い。
たとえフリでも、「先生に聞いて来ます」くらいの対応があっても
いいのではないか？
こんな感じの悪い受付では、治る者も治らない。
AIロボットに変えた方が患者も感情を阻害されずに済むと思う

初対面でもとても話しやすかったですし、
聞いて欲しいと思ったことを聞いてくれる、
聞きたいことを教えてくれる、
そんな先生です。
ですが、受付の方は残念です。
声が小さくて、受付から呼ばれても声が待合室の奥の方まで聞こえなくて、何度か呼ばれて気付いて受付へ行くとすごく怪訝そうな顔をされました。
電話の対応も、午前中の人と午後の人では言ってることが違い、受付の人同士での報告、連絡がうまくいっていないようです。
また、患者への思いやりを全く感じません。
もちろんお会いした受付の方全員が
という訳ではありません。とても親切な受付の方もいらっしゃいます。ただ、噂に聞いていた通り、一癖ある受付であることは確かなようです。
本当に困っていた時の対応が大変不快なものでしたので、投稿させていただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生の対応は最初だけは親身に話を聞いてくださってましたが、通う回数を重ねるごとに雑な対応へ変わっていきました。母が泣いてしまっていると、『待合室見ていただくとわかると思いますが診察進まないので』と強制的に同じ薬出して診察終了されました。
たくさんの患者さんがこられていて母の診察であとの方に迷惑をかけてしまっていることは申し訳なく思いますが、メンタルクリニックですよ？話も聞いてもらえないなんてそれでもメンタルクリニックの医師と言えるんでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は穏やかでとても優しいです。受付の方は丁寧な口調ですが、こちらがほんの一瞬でもモタついたり、予約日時を考えたりすると、急に高圧的になります。一度や二度ではなく、他の患者さんに対しても同じです。心の病気の治療に行っているのに、受付の方の急変ぶりがこわくてビクビクするし、時々悲しくなります。
