ち	ちづる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京の牛角ビュッフェにいつも行っていてたがタッチパネルメニュー注文出来ていたが、ここはメニューに書いてある小さな番号をタブレットに打ち込む注文方法だったので眼鏡持参してなく薄暗い店内で余計に見えずらくどれが自分のコースで注文出来るか女性店員の説明も不十分でとにかく注文しずらかった。タッチパネルの時は1番最初にコースを選ぶと後は選んだコースで頼める品だけ表示されるのに。何これ同じ牛角でもこんなに差があるんだね。。料理運んでくるロボット導入より客の事考えるならタッチパネルで注文出来るタブレット導入してくれと思う。閉店までの時間に合わせて食べ放題の時間も削られたし、もちろん先に説明はあったがコレも初めての体験で時間もなくさらに注文しずらくタレも頼まなきゃ持っこずイライラした。終いには牛角90品コースとドリンクバー頼んだのに単品料金まで一品上乗せされており、たまにしか行かない客が何か金額合わないか?と後でレシート確認したくらいなのに、女性店員さんが気付かないなんてね？！違和感。電話したら返金しに来てくれると言われたが他人に自宅来られるの迷惑なので、後日返金してもらいに伺いますね！！！ I used to go to the Ushikaku buffet in Tokyo, but I was able to order the touch panel menu, but this was an ordering method where I typed the small number written on the menu into the tablet, so I didn't bring my glasses and it was hard to see in the dimly lit store.
