★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付にいる茶髪の化粧濃いおばちゃんの対応が悪すぎる。並んで待っているのにこちらへどうぞの声替えもせずに無視、常連らしき方が私を抜かして行ったら対応。は？となりました。交通事故の診断書を2人子連れで貰いに行ったのですが、大人しくできるはずありません。そのおばさんが私が必死になだめようとしてる所に寄ってきて、他の患者様もいますので静かにしてくださいと一言。
問診票書きながら、2人の暴れうまを制御する事なんか出来ません。
この件が終わったら二度と行きません。
他のスタッフはいい人ですけど、1人のスタッフのせいでイメージが悪くなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の態度が悪い。特に真ん中に座ってる茶髪で化粧の濃いおばさん(笑)カウンターに来ても声掛け無しで無視。此方から初診と申しでたら半笑いで案内とか舐めてるんですか？院長さんとリハビリスタッフは良いけど受付のおばさんがね～。何様なのかしら。まぁもう行かないから良いですけども。

リハビリに何度か通うことで痛みが軽くなりました！病院は綺麗でこれからも何かあった時通おうと思います！

きちんと症状とかもみてくれます。
ただ、リハビリスタッフは毎回担当が変わるたびに症状と原因説明させられ、そのたびに半笑いされてとても不快でした。痛いのに通ってるのに、早々と通うのは辞めました。
いまはそんなに痛みはありませんが、病院でこんな失礼な対応されたことがなかっただけに、今でも思い出すとムカムカします。

口コミを見て不安でしたが、大通りで沿いで仕事帰りに通いやすいので行ってみました。
病院はキレイで、院長先生、受付の方含めスタッフの皆さんはとても親切で感度しました。
なによりリハビリがすごいです！
リハビリの先生（理学療法士？アスレティックトレーナー？とか自己紹介してくださりました。）が、マッサージやストレッチ？などの施術に加えて、バレーのフォームや力の入れ方など、丁寧に指導してくださりました。一回行っただけで、かなり痛みが減りました！
口コミはあまり信用できないですね。
また行きます！ありがとうございました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事をし出して腰の痛みがぶりかえしたので、リハビリだけを受けようと思い予約を取ろうとしたら、久しぶりなのでせんせいの受診がないとリハビリ出来ないとのこと。以前通院してた時も受診するたびに自分用のコルセットを作れと迫られ、スティックタイプの塗り薬とリハビリで緩和されてたのでコルセットは必要ないと断ると、そのたび途端に態度が冷たくなる。なので、またそうなるんだろうなぁと思いながらもリハビリを受けたかったんで、受診。やっぱ、思った通り、せんせいが最悪‼️人の話しをろくに聞かないし、すぐにコルセットを作れと言ってくる。
前と同様、塗り薬とリハビリで痛さが軽減出来てるからコルセットは大丈夫だと断ると態度が急変。途端に冷たい態度。人が説明してる途中でも「はい、お大事に」と言われ早々に隣の患者の所へ。
患者の言うことに親身になってくれないせんせいなんで本音は受診したくないんだけど、リハビリだけは通いたいので。また受診しないとリハビリは受けれないと言われたら今度こそ病院を変えるつもり。

I don't want to go to the clinic because I don't care about what the patient says, but I just want to go to rehabilitation. If I am told that I cannot receive rehabilitation without seeing a doctor, I will change the hospital this time.

レントゲンまで撮っておそらく原因がはっきりしなかったのかな？
問診をされて2年前に追突事故の被害を受けて、首に違和感が残ってると伝えました。
ただ治療も終わっているし、今その症状での治療を求めていませんと、はっきり断ったにも関わらず、首用のコルセットを持ってきた。
どんなヤブ医者だよ…
せめて治療が必要と思うなら、それを素人にも理解できるように説明した上で、了承を得るべき！
こんな病院二度と行きません。
