ただ、先生は大人気なので常に激コミです。
早朝の整理券取りから通院までも慣れれば苦になりませんでした。
患者の意見もしっかりと聞いてもらえるのでとてもいい対応だと思います。

私自身、原因不明の膝の痛みで、すがる思いで西坂医院を受診。
医療機器も充実しており、その日のうちにMRI検査を行い原因をつきとめて頂きました。本当に感謝しかありません。
先生、看護師の方の人柄も非常によく大大大満足です。

予約の診療やってません。ネットの予約は診察順10番以降になります。
朝、6時15分から、予約札を、取って8時から、予約札順に、受け付けに、なります。診察の1番をとるのは、至難の業。前日夜から泊まりの方も、いたりして。駐車場病院側から順番に6台、その後、道路側から7番8番と止めていきます。
オイラは定期診察の時は、5時半位に、行きます。大体4~10番は取れます。
なにも分からずに、8時からの受け付けだと、確実に午後からの診察になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腰痛で診てもらいましたが、何故かズボンを脱がされました。長めの上着を着ていたのでまだよかったですが、診察台にうつ伏せで寝て上着もめくられ、パンツ丸出し。仕切りのカーテンはあっても閉めることは無く、診察室の中は他の看護師さん（男性含む）も通りすがります。
また、膝も痛かったので診てはくれましたが、その格好のまま仰向けになって脚を上げたり膝を曲げる格好もさせられました。で、そのまま診察の説明を椅子に座って受けました。
病院なんである程度は仕方ありませんが、ズボン脱ぐ必要あったのか、ちょっと疑問でした。

初めての整形外科でどこに行くか悩みましたが、他の方のコメントで医師がしっかり傾聴してくれるとのことでしたので選びました。
そのとおりで、優しい雰囲気の先生で、説明のときには専門用語を噛み砕いた説明をしていただきました。
施設環境としては外観は年季が入っているように見えますが、待合室や廊下は清潔感があってきれいでした。
また受付の際には、係の人が診察までの予測時間も教えていただき、待たされることのストレスは比較的少なくすみました。
ちなみに、私は平日の月曜、8時50分くらいに受付しましたが、その時点で受付番号は25番。診察２回とレントゲン撮影で1時間30分程度で終わりました。
継続的に来院されている方はインターネットで早朝から予約できることを考えると受付番号は早いほうかなと思いました。
