昭和の護岸工事で陸地と繋がったみたいです
礫岩だらけの島、探検気分で一周10分掛かりません、最後にちょっと急な階段を登って神社を参拝してみるのも良し

伊豆半島の成り立ちや岩質の勉強ができるのでいいところだと思います。
みて、さわって、かんじて、あるいて、ができるのでオススメです。
勉強したあとは近くにある海水浴で遊ぶなり、伊豆まつざき荘で温泉に入ることができます。
駐車場はまつざき荘やその辺に停めればいいと思います。
さいごに、弁天島の周りには遊歩道が設置されており歩くことができます。また洞窟があり中に入ることができますが海水で水没しているため、大いに濡れることがありますのでご注意ください。

I think the parking lot should be parked in Matsuzaki soko and its surroundings.
Lastly, there is a promenade around Bentenjima where you can walk. In addition, caves can enter and go in, but please be aware that you may get heavily wet because they are submerged in seawater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 島というより岩場をぐるっと1周回るだけのところ。鬱蒼とした森の上にかなりヤバそうな気配の神社があったが、夕方で薄暗かったので登らずに1周だけしてみた。時計回りで進むと、最後にトンネルが出てくるのだが、くるぶしくらいまで浸水していたので裸足で歩いた。とくに何があるわけでもなく、観光スポットとしては寂しい感じ

There was a shrine on the dense forest that seemed to be quite dangerous, but it was dim in the evening so I tried only one lap without climbing. When I went clockwise, the tunnel came out at the end, but I walked barefoot because it was flooded to the ankle. There is nothing in particular, and it feels lonely as a tourist spot

遊歩道沿いの岩場は細かな石がたくさんめり込んだような岩が多く見られます。これは海中を溶岩が進み冷え固まった時に見られる特徴的な岩石だそうです。弁天島で全般に見られる岩で、こちらが火山活動によって形成された証拠となっています。ただ何か絶景が見られる場所でもないので地質などに興味がないとあまり面白くないかも。

起伏に富んだ海沿いの岩壁を、徒歩で一周10分程度かけて回れます。
天気の良い、凪の日ならば風光明媚で景観も良いのですが、悪天候だと危険極まりない場所に化けます。
時化ている時は、特に西側は通路部が海面近くになり、高波の影響は半端なく、隧道付近は特に命の危険に晒されるので、決して足を踏み入れないよう。
島の中心部には厳島神社があります。上の方が急勾配になる石段は、全部で98段あります。
この社には弁天様が祀られており、それ故に「弁天島」との事です。

島の遊歩道をカップルで歩くと幸せになれると言われてるみたいですが一人で歩いた場合はどうなんでしょう?
途中猪岩ってのがありました。
言われてみると見えない事もないがどうだか?
ちょっとした散歩にはとてもいい場所?♂️
