牛タン専門店に行ってきました。
地下駐車場から直接行けるので、
雨の日でも、濡れずに行けます。
3000円で２時間駐車場代金が無料に
なりました。
室内は、照明が抑えてあり、落ち着いた
雰囲気でした。
専門店だけあって牛たんは美味しかったですが、少し冷めかかってたのが残念。
定食はテールスープが付いているのですが、気が付かず追加でオーダーしてしまいました。オーダーの際に一言聞いてもらえたら親切かな。
ご飯は麦飯で、大盛りもお代わりも無料です。
レディース定食は上タン焼きが4枚と、ちょっともの足りないかと思いましたが、サラダもスープも付いているので、お腹いっぱいになりました。
お持ち帰りのお弁当もありました。
PayPayは使えなかったです。

麦飯、タン、漬物、麺、ゆで卵、スープに大満足です。
色んなとこのハイボールを飲み比べているのですがハイボールの冷え具合や味、見ためもよく最高でした。
店内は暗めの店内で暖色系の照明で落ち着いていてサービス面も女性のスタッフさんが丁寧で良かったです。
定食は他の食堂やレストランと比べると差別化している感じはしました。
麺もただの麺ではなく平べったい透明感のある麺でスープは少し油っこいですがまたそれが癖になる感じで初めて食べるような味や食感でいい意味で騙された感があります。
とても美味しかったです。
麦飯もヘルシーな感じで程よい硬さでタンととても合います。
量も少なめな感じが腹8分目で女性にはちょうど良かったです。
漬物がまた美味しくて量が多めで嬉しかったです。
本当に美味しくて違う品も食べてみたくまた行きたいなって思いました。

上たん焼きはすべての肉が柔らかく焼き加減も良かった。
照明が薄暗いので飲みの席ならいいが、定食のみなら何か味気ない。
利休の並べてある右は柔らかいのに徐々に左になるに連れて硬くなる肉とは違った。

麺類もちょっと食べたい気分でしたので、「極上厚切りたん焼きとハーフラーメン（半ライス付）」（2180円税込）を注文。
牛タンは弾力もありながらサクッとした歯ざわり。そして噛むほどにタンの旨さが口の中に広がりとても満足。
おいしい、おいしい。
ハーフラーメンは牛テールスープに麺が入っています。私にはスープがしょっぱい感じがしました。
次回は厚切りたん焼きをメインに食べたいです。
