★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年久々の訪問。敢えて評価は変えませんが小言を。店長さんとそのご友人でしょうか?私が入店してから食べ終えて帰るまで店内で大声でずっーとお喋りは如何かなものかと。お喋りに夢中でいらっしゃいませもありがとうございましたも無し。そこまで話し込みたいなら店外か裏で話せば良いのに。開店以来数年通っていて一番不快な食事でした。店員さんへの細かい指導も肯定的に捉えていましたが、これじゃあ「お前が言うな」ですよ?見てないようで客は見ています。
2020年8月再訪。前回と同様でオーダー。夜営業も復活したようですね。味は文句無し。一点、前回訪問時にも感じたのですがスタッフさんとの連携があまり上手く行ってないんですかね?店長らしき方が熱心にご指導されておりました。早く慣れて頂いてまた色々なメニューも考案頂きたいと思います。
かなり久々の訪問。1年ぶりぐらいでしょうか?ラーメンとランチ飯はそれぞれ値上げがあったようで710円と110円。まあ前が安すぎましたから問題無し。この間、他でも様々なラーメンを食べましたがやはり個人的にナンバーワンは揺るがず。近い味のラーメンはあるんですがやはり別物だと再認識。しかし夜営業はやめられたのですね…最近酒田に来る機会が激減してしまっていたので夜も食べたかったのに残念。
一番好きなラーメンです。開店当初から酒田への出張時には必ず訪問しています。一泊時には夜と昼も食べる時もある位好きな味です。このクオリティのラーメンだったら場所によっては1,000円近くするお店もあると思いますが、700円以下。ランチめしもたったの100円。こちらでラーメンを食べて以来、他のラーメンに対する評価がかなり厳しくなってしまいました(笑)。お昼時は混雑しますので、早目の訪問をオススメします。

コッテリ系で魚介の風味もあってすごく旨かったです!

かなり久しぶりの訪問です。先日、藤島の関連店を食べたので、こちらも確認しに来ました?味玉ラーメンをいただきました。プーンと薫る節の香り。魚介と豚骨(たぶん)の濃厚スープ。プリプリの麺。いわゆる酒田ラーメンとは一線を画したラーメン?。ラーメン界に新風を吹き込んだ店主さんに脱帽です。
今日は マー油ラーメンをいただきました。旨いです。クセになるかも??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酒田市駅東にある「麺屋 新三」さん。酒田に用事があって10時前に市内に入ったのですが、夕方の日程に変更になったので初入店のお店に伺ってみました‼️平日の11時30分過ぎのためかお客さんはポツポツのためすぐに着席。オーダーは入口付近の券売機で会計を済ませて着席後発注。今日は「味玉つけ麺」「ネギトッピング」。つけ麺の麺は冷たく、つけ汁は温かい感じでした。オーダーの際に温盛りも出来るようです。つけ汁は魚介系の濃厚あっさりでほぐし身のチャーシューとメンマとネギ、少しだけ柚子が入ってる感じです。癒庵さんか山形市の亞呉屋さんに近いのかな……極太の麺はほどほどに旨味のある麺でつけ汁との相性は良いと思います。途中で割スープも出してくれて美味しく頂けました。ごちそうさまです(^^ゞ

日曜日定休になってから再訪できずに歯がゆい思いをしてましたが、本日約1年ぶりに再訪しました。今回は味玉らーめん+ランチ飯をオーダーしましたが、ランチ飯は¥10値上がりしてました。ただ¥100の時にはなかったマヨネーズが追加されていて、単純な値上げではない工夫を感じました。また再訪したいけど、日曜定休が痛すぎます。責めて月に1度でもいいので日曜日にまた営業を再開してもらえると大変助かります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 純粋な白湯スープと、自家製麺が特徴のラーメン。こってり濃厚で一般的にいう酒田ラーメンとは大きく異なるが、スープと麺のバランス良く、味玉の出来も良く、旨い。サイドのチャーシュー飯もなかなかレベルが高い。地元のらーめん番組にも何回も取り上げられ、最早人気店になっている。
オープン当初はもっとメニューがあり、自分はかつてあった「こってりの塩」にドハマリ。お陰で酒田には他にも有名ラーメン店はたくさんあるが、ここにしか行かなくなった。
現在はオープン当初よりメニューが減ってはいるが、「限定麺」メニューが常にあり、不定期に1~2月周期で変わる。この限定麺が曲者。個人的には本家の味玉ラーメンを超えちゃっているものもある。冬季限定の味噌系や、海老系、最近まであったスパイシー辛麺なんてカレーらーめん系でかなり秀逸でした。是非ともレギュラーメニュー入りさせて欲しい出来栄え。どれも新山珠玉の白湯スープベースなので旨さは保証されている
メインのスープの味を守りながら種々多様な系統のらーめんにチャレンジなさっているこの店のポテンシャルと、チャレンジ精神に魅せられております。

Currently, the menu has decreased since the opening, but there is always a "limited noodle" menu, which changes irregularly every January to February. This limited noodle is a songwriter. Personally, there are some that exceed the original taste ball ramen. The winter-only miso-based, shrimp-based, and spicy spicy noodles that were up until recently were curry ramen-based and were quite excellent. The workmanship that I want you to enter the regular menu by all means. All of them are based on the plain hot water soup of Niiyama gem, so the taste is guaranteed.
